Got last shipment melted had to throw away entire shipment. Tried several times to contact them ignored me ..no more orders are to come to me.had to cancel my card.

I love the frozen deserts. It is one desert I used to enjoy. The shipping is an issue. The company always replaced any damaged or melted product but after spending way too much time trying to get the product to me in at least a semi frozen state I had to give up. We used two different shipping companies also. At least half a dozen times things went way off track. Never order so that a weekend or holiday are involved in the delivery time. Sucks for me but I couldn’t take the frustration and disappointment any more.

I discovered this product after seeing a coupon for it. I have been buying the dark chocolate wink pints ever since. I love the fact that that it is only 100 calories per pint and that it is plant based. I wish it were in more stores near me. Also, I appreciate the fact that I can call the company at any time. Many of these type of products do not have a phone number and you have to deal with them solely by email or using other social media. Each time I have called it has been a great experience. This is how I indulge in my dark chocolate frozen dessert. In a dish I place the Wink Dark Chocolate Frozen Dessert product. I then use Hershey’s sugar free chocolates syrup and a few crumbles of a Fiber One 70 calorie chocolate brownie bar on top. Delicious!!! Please keep those coupons coming. LOVE IT.

I was so excited to finally receive my shipment (after many weeks of waiting and emailing customer service), but it was a huge disappointment! It has no flavor and is, just to put it mildly, down right gross. IF you purchase DO NOT expect it to be ANYTHING remotely close to ice cream or sorbet. Needless to say, it was a huge waste of my money :(

I purchased instore at the grocery store. Saw cocoa dough and vegan so I purchased it. I was not aware it was low calorie and sugar free. I took 3 bites and tossed it. It was awful. I understand people are looking for a sugar free ice cream substitute. But this had mininum flavor. Again I was not expecting a zero sugar diet ice cream. It tasted so watery and had a bad stevia aftertaste. Not my cup of tea. I will say The texture was nice once thawed. Good for other people on diet restrictions I guess...

I was so looking forward to the “Dark Chocolate”. It has absolutely no chocolate flavor at all. I ordered 4 pints. Just very disappointed. The only other one I tried was the “Salted Carmel” which only tastes sweet like Stevia, but certainly not a salted Carmel flavor. Too bad.

This yummy frozen dessert is just fantastic! We ordered the Smores and could not have enjoyed it more, knowing it's vegan, only 100 calories per pint and offered by such a progressive company! It's like a yummy soft-serve ice cream. Be sure to let it thaw for an hour or so. A guilt-free pleasure.

Let’s face it, there’s no substitute for regular ice cream. But for those of us on restrictive diets, this product is a great find. One trick is not to have had authentic ice cream in a while (wink). It’s true there’s an aftertaste. I believe that’s the stevia. But I’ve gotten used to it, especially with the stronger flavors, like in Lemon Cake, which compete favorably with the stevia. That’s a cardinal rule with stevia—use stronger flavors that will mitigate the stevia taste.

I wish the Wink people would emphasize more the importance of letting the product soften. If it’s too hard the texture is more like sherbet. But when it’s adequately soft, it’s like there’s a transformation—it becomes creamy and not just a softer version of the icy product right out of the freezer. This is a big reason I like the product. I really miss the mouthfeel of ice cream.

A frozen dessert that’s gluten-free, dairy-free, sugar-free, soy-free, egg-free, nut-free and 100 calories per pint doesn’t come for “free”. I wish people would adjust their expectations accordingly.

So disappointed！The taste is not what I expected. The calorie itself is attractive, but it really tastes like water. I tried different flavors and they are too light to call icecream. The taste does not match this really high price！

Really disappointed. I have been debating trying this since there is a 4 pint minimum. I gave it a go. First shipment came in melted. They did send the new one within a matter of days. Finally got the ice cream and it barely has any flavor at all. Dont waste your money. It's not keto because it is super low fat, eventhough there is only Bout 5 net carbs per containrt. I was more interested in the low sugar. There are plenty of other things out there with no sugar that at least have flavor. Zevia flavored water has way more flavor and 0 calories. I know it's not icecream but this really isn't either. I had high Hope's for this icecream.

So, I’ve been on my keto diet for a month now and definitely have a sweet tooth. Of course, based of my search history, I kept seeing the ads for Winks Frozen Dessert. Loved how it fit my keto diet. Honestly, the marketing and design of the product is excellent. Whoever is doing marketing is doing a great job! Items came packed well (first time ordering anything frozen online).

Okay, now to review the taste: I hate to say this because I really wanted to like it...AWFUL!! I am a true believer in not wasting food, so I eat everything I buy. But this one, I can’t and I’m going to pass this along to someone else. In my opinion, it tasted like bland flavored ice. If you got a sweet tooth and on keto, I’d recommend non-frozen desserts like keto cookies which I’ve found satisfying. I’ll have to try Winks cookies next time because, I believe, they’re a great company.

It definitely hits the spot when you want something cold and creamy but don't want to indulge in excess carbs or fat. While at first I was disappointed with the mild taste, it soon grew on me (especially knowing that I wasn't ruining my diet!)

Don't go in expecting something like Halo Top, this is not that! If you adjust your expectations, I think you will enjoy this product!

*Update 9/8/19: Wink reported my review as a "fake" to Trustpilot in an attempt to have it removed. Yikes. Now it's not just a bad product, but a borderline unethical business. I've provided Trustpilot with documentation of my purchase and am definitely sticking with 1 star. This product might be for you - it's very much not for me.

I'm afraid I find this product to be crazy disgusting, tasting of chemicals and nothing like an ice cream. There is an aftertaste that just sticks with you; I can't recommend this to anyone. Tried each of the flavors, but unfortunately after a single bite they went into the trash. I hope this works for some people - not for us!

For me, I've discovered a number of Keto-friendly alternatives that have a bit of a cream base and are much, much better.

My Husband was diagnosed type 2 diabetic at the end of March. We had to change everything we ate. I am saying we because am his support. HE ❤️’s ice cream!!! Yes we know this is not ice cream or frozen yogurt. It is a frozen treat. We have been doing the Keto thing since March he has lost 60 pounds myself 45. We took a chance on trying your product and for someone who is not able to have ice cream anymore this is a wonderful alternative. This does not raise his blood sugar or weight gain. We love S’mores and Strawberry Cheesecake then Lemon Cake lol. Again your product is great! We love the customer service. The packaging and shipping are very easy to follow. We just wanted Winks to know that there are people out here that love your frozen dessert. Thank you😁

Dairy free, Sugarless icecream is a nice notion for someone with my dietary needs but this icecream was disgusting and a waste of $41.00! Tasted awful and with the first ingredient that's listed being water, there's no wonder! Should really consider using almond or coconut milk for real flavor.

AWFUL!!!! Taste like plastic. Do not waste your money. I was so hopeful but no, just no. I even tried to give it to my roommate and she said it smelled like foot spray and tasted like it should be that too. I got the cake batter, mint chocolate, coco dough and s’mores and they are all awful.

I was hoping for better, but this had to have been the worst tasting dessert I have ever tried. It tasted like a mouthful of sweet and low, straight out of the packet. Very chemically tasting, despite the"natural" ingredients. Honestly, I'm not sure what I expected. I should have known better. Things that sound too good to be true, typically are.

They did stand behind their product a refunded me the cost of my order.
