Made a withdrawal over 24 hours ago and they seem to just want to hold on to your money. Happily take your deposits but won’t pay out. Won’t be using this casino again and if I don’t get my money I will be taking this further.

Money on the pending from 24 hours , no real chat person available, it says within few hours if via PayPal and now no money but deposit taken immediately. reported issue hasn't been solved only automatic email has been generated. No one contacted me yet so my experience is negative i would avoid this casino.

Less then 24 hours ago I went on chat to a safer gambling team. They agreed to limit any deposits in the next 24 hours. Also at my request they agreed a £600 deposit and loss limit across all of their brands.

To my horror and extreme disappointment I was able to deposit £1263 into my account

As agreed the limits were not placed on my account.

They need to refund me in full.
