There services are pathetic they can't deliver the cake ontime most the cakes are not available.customer service is worst you need to call 3 to 4 times before someone is actually reday to talk. They pick up the call and hang it saying we can't hear you.. don't even try this website.

I contacted customer service to resolve the issue, and ended up spending over 40 minutes on an international call, only to get nowhere. They simply refused to understand my problem, claiming it was a system error that mixed up the photos.

In the end, I had no choice but to cancel the order without receiving a refund. I lost both my money and valuable time.

I'm currently abroad and ordered a cake for my dad's birthday who is in India. Apparently when the delivery service had called my dad, his number was switched off, which isn't true-his phone was working fine just minutes before and had also given an alternate number. The order status in the app changed to 'Returned'. I got in touch with their 'Customer Care' via WhatsApp who was very unresponsive and kept replying with prewritten answers. They then demanded extra payment for "re-delivery." I had no other go other than paying that as I had already spent so much time and energy into this. It took a day for them to reach out again and the delivery guy called my dad at 7 in the morning to confirm the order which was delivered 5 hours later. The cake was of very average quality (nothing you can't just buy from a corner store bakery) and the wordings on it were very shabby. If you think about it, this is a literal scam and I don't know how they are able to get away with this. I regret not checking the reviews beforehand; the positive ones on their website are definitely fake. Please be cautious when considering their services as it will ruin your special occasion. I would advice to never use any of their services, ever.

In birthday 6pm they are updating me we can't deliver the order because of out of stock and i placed my order in 2 days early. They Spoiler my surprises

Worst packaging ever! My cake is completely ruined, and the taste is just average. I ordered a Ferrero Rocher cake through Swiggy from Winni Cakes and More (Sahakar Nagar, Bangalore), and the cake arrived smashed on both the top and sides. The box was far too small, leading to the cake being squished during transit. While I understand the delivery person has a part to play, the packaging is mainly to blame. The cake started melting the minute it arrived, which indicates poor handling and improper storage during delivery. I highly recommend all my friends, colleagues, and relatives avoid ordering from Winni Cakes and More in the future. This experience has left me extremely disappointed.

Bad quality of products, cakes are not fresh. Poor customer care too

I ordered a product on the 16th, which showed a tentative delivery date of the 20th of September. When I checked on 20th, it is still saying waiting fulfilment. This is an extremely pathetic service. It was a birthday gift. The customer care was not helpful and rude.

They charged 250rs for delivery within 2hrs between 11pm to 11:59 pm and they returned the cake without delivering saying customer didnt answer the call and when we called them back they were asking to pay again for delivering next day.They rudely cut the call while talking.

I placed three orders for the first time on Winni and it was the pathetic and worst experience. The item delivered and the item received was totally different.

All the Rakhi's were worst for their prices charged. 300-400 Rs were charged for Rakhi and Winni delivered 10 Rs worth Rakhi's. It's like showcasing horse and delivering donkey. I felt ashamed of gifting the delivered items to my relatives.

I contacted their customer care. I didn't get any resolution neither the contact details for higher authority. Service agent's explanation was, They have already mentioned on website that "The item may vary in colour, size, shape based on the local availability". It doesn't give Winni right to charge 300-400 Rs and send 10 Rs worth items. Slight change is always acceptable but it's like different between horse and donkey.

Worst experience with winning.com.
It was first time I orderd a rakhi pack of Rs. 6700 from their website on 15th August 2024, and today is 21st August, 2024, Rakhi festival is over a day ago and till date neither the courier is delivered nor I have any clue as to where the package is? And when will that be delivered. I strongly don't recommend this website for any order. They are very unprofessional. Ferns and Petals is the best I can say ong with IGP.

Absolutely unprofessional and they don't care that they take full payment and don't deliver. They need to be reported to local authorities!!! No,follow up service, no communication regarding non delivery or delays NOTHING!!!

Winni is really a fake platform, I personally faced sometimes not delivered right order or sometimes the product is with wrong combination and nobody to support or refund.

Secondly product quality is too cheap, however the charges are too much.

In case u wanna spoil ur occasion, order from Winni. I had ordered a cake. A, it never got delivered in the span of four hours n reached at 10:45 pm. Moreover, it was damaged n the name of the person was wiped off. I would suggest to not order from this site... extremely disappointed

I paid INR 1000 for a 500 gram chocolate cake and they sent a useless rotten cake with another design which is not shown on the website. Cake was not prepared well It looks like they prepared it in emergency and the birthday recipient didn't like it and they felt harmful to eat and throwed it in garbage

Guys I ordered a cake from this Winni app and the thing is these guys delivered the cake from a shop which is literally 1km aways from my home, and when I asked them they said they will deliver it from their tie up vendors but seriously they charge 1599 for 600rs cake. So be aware guys if you want the same cake of your home town you can easily order it from zomato or swiggy but I’m never gonna order anything from them now.

Very poor response and service, no delivery on time committed, very poor customer skills, they spoiled the event, i will never order again

The quality of the product is abysmal, and their customer care is a farce. Amarjeet Singh from customer care ignored my messages entirely, likely just following basic instructions without addressing the issue. They simply don’t understand customer problems. The people behind the computers are useless. Avoid this service if you don’t want to ruin your special day.

They literally stole money from me
I booked a bouquet for delivery and person returned without even trying the home. Reason for return was - the person not answering the phone. I was asked Rs150 for resending it. I explained the person might be busy and n ot able to take the call.
It is a disgusting service. Ruined a perfect surprise and happy occasion.

I had ordered cake for my parents' anniversary. The cake was fresh and tasty, and was delivered within 2 hours after ordering along with the flowers and candles that were ordered. Overall, a wonderful experience.
