I ordered and paid a T1550 gen2 frameset and Hyper wheelset on January 2026, 6th, through official German distributer. Wheelset arrived mid March after several reminders, but currently no info if or when the frameset will be delivered (I was told, that it should be sent latest end of March).
Frameset arrived today, April 14th! It seems a phone call and setting a final deadline have been very helpfull to put some pressure on distribution center of Winspace in China.
Frame set looks great and first impression of quality seems to be in an extraordinary good ratio for price.
3 ozt of five due to long delivery time!

Ordered a T1550 and received a frame where I cannot screw the thru axle...now Winspace is sending me a new thru axle even though if I demonstrated that the issue is with the frame. I can t rate the bike itself but the after sales experience is brutal !

Terrible experience shopping at Winspace. Attempted to buy a set of Gravel handlebars, only to be told after the purchase that they would not be in stock for over 4 weeks.
As they were for a customer I requested to cancel the order and was charged £22 to cancel an order I had only just placed.

Can’t speak for the products. But I won’t be shopping with them going forward.

I purchased a New bike from this company.
I was very impressed by the response to any concerns I had very prompt to reply.
Bike was shipped to my address excellent packaging nothing left to chance.
I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

I just bought a complete T1600 and the bike is great.

Also with customer service no issue at all. One piece of the groupset had a very bad scratch and I sent immediately an email, I have been asked only to send pictures of the box.
It has been replaced immediately and without any kind of argue

Purchased a set of wheels July 16 2025. They claim there was a pricing error and requested for more money.

I asked them to cancel the order and reverse cc charges.

This went on for almost a month with them doing a partial refund only charging me for service charges ?

You are the business, that is YOUR website, YOU admitted to your website being inaccurate. As a buyer, I am not enforcing you to honor the deal, but least you could do is refund my hard earned money properly. Customer Service - Emma blames Accounting, goes back and forth. I have now had to escalate with my credit card company.

I purchased a set of wheels and has to cancel the order.

I contacted Winspace over a week ago and they still haven't processed the refund.

I've messaged the multiple times and I've even had to contact my bank to raise a formal complaint.

As far as I'm concerned, they are thieves.

STAY AWAY!!!!! I purchase a wheel set D45 that seems to be perfect deal against the west brands.

After few months of use the front wheel started to have a massive play to the sides. I initially thought would be an issue with the bearings quality so I decided to replace the bearings on a shop. They were fine but not for long. After 3 replacements a mechanic (professional wheel builder) suggested they there it’s a poor finish on cnc and that it’s causing the loose bearing to play.

I contacted them telling the story and showing several videos and pictures. And they didn’t want to replace the faulty wheel. After so much back and forth they decided to replaced and to my surprised today I received a plain black wheel without logos or anything.

They are fine to take you money but not to honour they warranty. Stay away. They are good as long as they work once faulty you need to throw it away and forget the money because even West Country shops they refuse to fix them.

I've been enjoying my Hyper R45 wheelset for the past 5 months. They are faster at speed, spin up more quickly, and just plain look better on my bike compared to my previous wheels. They've made me fall in love with my bike again.

When I had a problem with my rear wheel this month, Winspace promptly responded to my email, gave me clear instructions on what they needed in terms of documentation, and approved my warranty coverage. The whole process on their side took a few days. I had a new replacement wheel on my doorstep 5 days later (from China to the US, no less).

When a company takes care of me when something goes wrong, they actually earn more of my trust because they've demonstrated accountability and concern for me. They've earned a repeat customer!

Hi All, Earlier I was using a French Climbing Frame with Zipp 303 Rim Brake Wheels and DuraAce 9100 Groupset.
Since I enrolled for PBP (Paris-Brest-Paris 1200km with 11000m elevation) one of the oldest prestigious long distance event in world, I was planning for building a good climbing bike for giving my best performance this time in PBP as it happens once in 4 years so last time in 2019 I finished it in 81:22:20 hrs. This time I had a dream for finishing it under 60 hrs.
So after doing lot's of research / review on Internet and YouTube, my search ended with Winspace SLC2.0 Frame and Hyper 2023 D45 Wheels. Winspace has a very nice team which is just few clicks away from anyone across the world with Live Chat to help you out in correct technical suggestion / guidance for correct frame and best part all communication in English only so no hurdles for local language.
After order, within week time I got the Frame / Zero Handlebar and Wheelset in two boxes thru DHL courier service.
I built this bike myself with Shimano Ultegra 12 Speed Di2 group-set and my first ride experience was a single word "Wow"... it was so much light weight even with D45 wheels (46mm rear and 54 front) and even at flat road I was not feeling much difference compared to a good Aero Racing Bike.
I had done approx 8 months training on this SLC2.0 bike.
Finally the date (20-Aug-2023) arrived, the event start date for PBP. More than 8000 participants from more than 70 countries were.
Many participants from China were also there and they just showing my bike to their other friends.
It was rolling like anything in all elevation / stages and I made a record from India by finishing this Event in 56:29:36 hrs only.
It was a dream comes true feeling for me after seeing my record got covered by many News Papers in India.

Just last month only I won two Races in India on same bike only.

So here I don't have much words left for thanking Winspace for wonderful frame / wheels.

To clarify everyone, I purchased this Frame/Wheels personally so this review is totally based on my personal feelings.

Since this portal doesn't allow sharing pictures / link else I could have shown all such news papers cuttings and my recent podium finish pictures.

I've been riding a T1500 (disc brake version) with the Winspace integrated handlebar and Hyper D67 wheels for a couple of years. The products have been faultless, easy to build with and high quality construction, suitably aggressive geometry for the type of bike it's supposed to be (although I'd love a 130mm stem 380mm bar width option), and gives up nothing to much more expensive bikes when racing (got it to the finish of the Athens Twilight pro mens race last year!)

Highly recommended!

They are almost always available on the chat via their website. I’ve purchased two wheelsets from them in the past year or so. Both sets have been flawless. So far they s required zero maintenance. Super stiff and the bearings roll forever.

My 6 month old wheel sustained a crack while riding so I called for warranty/repair. They asked for pictures and data but have not replied with a resolution. This warranty offer is a sham. Don't buy from this company!!!! If you have a problem with their product, you will have no recourse.

The problem startet even before I received my Wheelset. I ordered on 7 July and it was shipped at 17 July, now it takes 20 days till deliver so I wait 1 month. I was not informed that the Wheelset was out of stock and was also not informed that it'll take longer than expected. I only got the information because I was confused that I've not received any shipping information. The support did not apologise for that bad communication instead the guy from the support team was trying to get another 700$ out of my pocket.

Bought a Winspace Hyper 50mm wheelset. Very impressed with the wheels. They look amazing and are great value. Charles at Winspace was also excellent to deal with. I've had issues ordering bikes and bike parts from overseas, but everything was very smooth with Winspace. I'd definitely order from them again. Highly recommended to others facing the same dilemma of ordering from overseas.

I bought a set of the Lun wheels. There was a slight delay in dispatching them due to a backlog of rodsrs but the firm were quick to tell me this and kept me informed. Communication was excellent, both by email and the chat function on the website. The wheels themselves are great, weight was almost exactly as described (within a few grams) and were well packaged too. Impressed with Winspace and would order from them again
