I engaged Winston law firm in April 2025 to handle a complex vehicle dispute case involving a defective car purchase. From the initial consultation through the final settlement in October 2025, I received consistently professional legal representation.

Master Jens Van Looy handled my case with notable expertise and patience throughout a challenging six-month process. The case involved multiple complications including an uncooperative seller and intricate settlement negotiations requiring careful coordination between multiple parties.

What impressed me most about the service:

Wasting of money. Three appointments where always the same things were discussed over and over again. Only at the third meeting with the layer he told me that he cannot help.

Good afternoon, something that started with hope and excitement ended in a total dissapointment and regret of waste my money and time. If I could put 0 star I would. Their propaganda is really good, thats what got me, but the reality was far from what they sell.
The first person that hear my story was very kind and polite and directed me with the one that was gonna be my lawyer.
In their propaganda they mention that after paying €150, you would have right to a without limit time videocall so you could freely explain all your case without hurry. That before this videocall, they would study complete the information you provide so in the moment of the videocall they could help you better with the case. And that after this videocall, you still will receive for free customer service any time.
All this sounded too beautiful to be true.
After paying this €150, I called 3 times to my lawyer, been told that she was gonna called me back and she never did. Finally the videocall arrived, I let her know I was gonna be 15 mins late but in the meantime she could call me by phone. She answered that she was gonna wait for me but then we had to be fast cause at 4pm she had another appointment (mine was at 3pm, and the unlimited time they mentioned?). My appointment started at 3.15 and ended 3.40, not even half and hour!!!! Then in the videocall, I realized she didnt checked at all really important mails that I sent to her with proves for my case and she could give me better advice for a future appointment I was gonna have (where is the part they would deeply study the case for better advice in the meeting?). She was talking too fast, in the hurry, and of course because she didnt checked my mails she didnt have any clue and I have to repeat the info. The best advice she gave me was "just say what you have to say in the meeting". Seriously????? €150 for this??? Then she said she was gonna get a copy of the file in the court and send it to me, never happened. She knew the important meeting was gonna be few days after and she never contact me to see how it went. Till today 1 month after, never heared from her again following the case. After our videocall I was left with more doubts, dissapointment and total regret to waste my money. A total fraud!!!!!

I would like to point out (out of the urge to contribute to other users' experience) that in the Add attachments stage, there should be a cross next to the selected attachments. If an attachment is selected by mistake, it cannot be removed again. The whole flow has to be restarted or all files have to be selected again.
