Is their number a call centre, person on other end does not know products etc. and cannot give any info.

I did have a problem with an UNGER product which was (just) inside the 12 month warranty. It was dealt with very professionally by Helena at Wintecs - thank you and UNGER replaced the product under warranty, so thanks to UNDGER too! It ended with a positive outcome and I will definitely be using Wintecs again!

Never again! Poor communication, they don’t respond to emails. They send me stickers for one side of the cones I ordered and don’t reply to me querying this. The stickers they do send peek away!

Would avoid this company at all costs. Firstly took an order for an item they didn't have in stock and didnt say anything about being out of stock. Then emailed to update me and say it wasn't in stock but didn't state when it would be. I then request a refund 11 days ago and still haven't recieved it and the company have been ignoring me calls for several weeks now

Took an order and payment then cancelled with no explanation! Extremely unprofessional and a supplier to avoid

Absolute joke company ordered pole on nxt day delivery still waiting 4 days later says completed on there site but recieved nothing will they be paying for days lost working dont take my money and say will be delivered nxt day thennothing

Ordered window cleaning kit, after slight confusion order arrived in a timely manor, very good customer service, had to order another item was not in stock directed me to another company who had the item, would do business again with this company.

Company offers Price Matching but in fact won't even reply to emails. I have tried multiple times on 2 different email addresses.

Been using for last 16 years, and they have always given great service. Products are good quality and staff are always friendly and helpful and knowledgable, never had reason to complain. Have recommended to many.

As others have said the customer service is terrible.

My order didn't arrive so I contacted their customer service. First I was told that I needed to wait longer then I was told a replacement would be sent then I was told they would refund me straight away then they said as I've had an item missing in the passed that I need to claim through my card company.

This company gets bad reviews on a lot of window cleaning foums.

Don't be fooled by the good fake reviews that are easily spotted as they use his name (holds head in hands).

Great company. Delivery was a little slow but item arrived in time for christmas so was happy with that. My brother was very pleased with his Christmas gift as hes just started out with his window cleaning business and really wanted the ninja set. Thank you 😁
