Poor customer service, not a resilient print method
I noticed a problem with my order, I'd put the wrong year on the text I requested for personalisation. I noticed the error when my order was confirmed and emailed straight away. The response I got said that the poster had been sent to print and could not be changed & I could order another at full cost (no offer of a price less postage), however it was over 48 hours later when I received a dispatch notice. Then while removing the poster from the envelope and the cellophane wrapper the adhesive marked the print. At this point I put my purchase down to experience and will never purchase another of these. The concept is fantastic and with a slightly more resistant print and some improved customer service then I'm sure Jonathan could have a cracking little business.

I’m sorry you were unhappy with the service provided on this occasion. However once a poster has been printed, costs are incurred which is why we cannot reprint free of charge, this was communicated and the poster shipped 2 days later as we hadn’t heard anything further regarding your re-order.
As postage costs are paid by ourselves, offering our customers free delivery, we were unable to offer any discount on postage for a second print.
As with any packaging, care should be taken when removing products to ensure no damage is caused, and so I am sorry to hear that this has damaged the poster.
Once again, thank you for your review and we shall endeavour to make it clearer to future customers that details of the custom text should be double checked before placing their order.
