Brought a car in November 24 so far bearing in mind we are only in August 25 9 months later I have had to have all new brakes , new clutch and now there is a major fault and I'm waiting for the price yet again . I thought going to a dealer that has been established many years would be my best bet but I could not have been more mistaken through all the salesman's drivel about looking after customers , good deals and reliable cars utter rubbish . Never again would I use this place .
I have purchased the last 4 family motors fron Wintry. Initially it was because they were local and I am lazy. However, I can honestly say that the care, consideration, and treatment shown when buying a car from them is excellent, honestly couldn't want for more. I purchased my most recent car from them in January with an included dealer warranty. Unfortunately towards the end of the warranty period the clutch unexpectedly started to slip. I called Wintry and without hesitation was advised to book my car in.
Two days and a new clutch later my car is back to her beautuful self.
