I ordered from Wipex about 4 weeks ago

I ordered from Wipex about 4 weeks ago. Received the parcel in Sweden today from UK. It seems that the parcel was dispatched the day after my order was placed. No correspondance from Wipex about shipping number even though it was a trackable Royal mail delivery. Parcel was delivered to collection point after 2 weeks but Swedish postal service didn’t leave us a message. I could have been happier if Wipex answered phone or had an active email account. Now just need weather to improve before fitting (-5 degrees will probably break more plastic parts).

Pure scam

I ordered some car parts from this company... since it is the only one selling that. Few minutes later I got from wipex.co.uk the confirmation for the order and even for the shipment. Wow!
Unfortunately, 3 weeks after I still didn't get anything. The email address they provide on the website doesn't exist.
The only functional email address is a free one on gmail.com.
But they never answer to any question.
I am waiting now for Paypal to refund me.
