Didn't deliver the product

Didn't deliver the product, when challenged said they had tried three times which they clearly hadn't. To be fair, refunded promptly but a bit of a waste of time.

NOT INFORMED

Order went through fine and had acknowledgments and dispatch details. Then I receive a couple of emails that made no sense at all, still showing despatch details but said my order was now closed . I Had to send an email to customer service requesting an explanation, who confirmed order had been cancelled as out of stock. Terrible service.
UPDATE : Thanks for your reply but I feel you missed the point. I can accept if the item is out of stock but it was that I was never sent an email to explain it was out of stock and had to make the contact myself as it was unclear what was happening with my order.

I ordered and paid for two cans of…

I ordered and paid for two cans of Q-Connect spray glue and waited for ages for delivery nothing arrived.
I complained about the long delivery time to be told that this product was not available but you still took my money. A refund was made. Buy why sell me a product that you do not have and cause me the trouble of waiting for a delivery which would never came and then having to wait for my refund? Not a good way to conduct business.
