I agree with the last customer
I agree with the last customer. I placed an order on 14 March 23 and have not received it. I emailed and it just bounced back. I looked them up on companies house, they are registered but the address and post code are for Bristol university and the director lives in Nigeria. I feel I’ve been scammed

No product, no refund and now being ghosted
I placed my order and was charged $88.97 for 2 wireless changers on 01/09/2023. When I asked for an update after 2 months, I was told there were production delays. Now more than 3 months later I am receiving no response to my request for an update and now a refund and my order no longer shows up on their website. I now suspect fraud.
