Big thankyou to wirral riding school

Big thankyou to Helen, Vicky , Liv and Louise .
This riding school does not get enough credit !
they teach confidence and responsibility in all aspects , from being confident in the lessons to the responsibility to getting your horse ready ( which they only do after asking the parent if there capable ) .

Given me the confidence to get back on a horse

I have only had two riding lessons but I am so happy I chose Wirral Riding School after looking at schools in the area. I haven’t ridden for over 40 years when horses were a great part of my life, but over the years my confidence has gradually gone. I was really nervous at ‘getting back in the saddle’ as I am tall and obviously ride a higher hands horse. Debbie, has been absolutely fantastic with me and her patience, along with the gentle horse she has paired me with, has given me the kick and the boost I needed. Pony camp is on atm and it’s absolutely fabulous to see all the horsey mad children enjoying themselves, along with all the children on school holidays enjoying their time helping out at the stables. The staff obviously work extremely hard at organising everything that’s going on in this very busy, but well managed riding school. Really appreciative of being able to enjoy horse riding again. Thank you

Avoid

Worst riding school I’ve ever been to. They only care about the money . The horses are dirty and not looked after and the progression over lessons are not good at all. Take your services elsewhere, they don’t care at all about the horses or people.

If you like horses, take your custom some place better

Wirral Riding Centre is a wonder. It is difficult to understand how are they still functioning. The horses are going to work dirty, their tack put on by unexperienced unpaid children, the lessons rarely start on time, customers are expected to fetch and put back their horses. First aid for an injured child is provided not my the riding centre, but left on other clients and parents, the place is unorganised and dirty, horses are overworked and so are the employees.

We visited The Wirral Riding centre on…

We visited The Wirral Riding centre on Saturday, 18th September as our son and family had arranged it as part my wifes 60th birthday. The staff were exceptional, all of the leaders for our session were attentive, knowledable and made our visit special. I would recommend anybody to visit as they arranged the horses to suit our lack of riding experience so we felt very safe. The age range in our group went from 60 to 14, but still they managed for all. Well done to everyone there.
