I dislike leaving reviews that start by highlighting the negatives in companies and their employees, but despite my inclinations I must on this occasion. Ravi (owner) came as a recommendation and after reading all the reviews on trust pilot we decided to proceed with “wisdom construction”. He provided us with a quote, which he later heightened and a start date. Thankfully, he suggested what materials he likes to use and so we acquired all the resources for him to begin on the agreed date. We hired a van for his use and also communicating with neighbours and friends For the use of showers and wash facilities during the time the bathroom would be out of use. The date and price was discussed and agreed 2 weeks before the start date. Ravi passed on his bank details for a third down payment. At 9 pm the night before work is to commence he messages me (not call) to say his men are super busy and can no longer carry out the work so please look at getting a new builder. Through out the process he Re-assured that he would give us the best quote in order to build a long term relationship. He has substantially cost me and not to mention significantly inconvenienced my arrangements. For anyone who is thinking about working with Ravi been mindful of his behaviour to prevent the same from happening to you.
