I read the previous reviews and you all literally took the word from my mouth! I gave Wise Lets an Excellent, 5 Star rating but Kiera goes over and beyond and a 10 star rating if there was that option is more appropriate. She treats tenants like family, sorts issues the minute they are reported, goes over and beyond in every situation! Call her in the middle of the night and she'll be at your doorstep in the twinkling of an eye! An amazing lady, and if ever I am privileged to own my a property I'd be blessed to have her manage! Words aren't enough to express my gratitude to her for the most awesome experience I've had on any property since coming to the UK. Thank you darling 😊👍

Lived in a property managed by Kiera and the Wise Lets team for a year and was very happy with the service received. Kiera treats her tenants as though they are her family, and if any issues are reported issues are resolved instantly. Would recommend Wise Lets to anyone!

The best of the best when it comes to everything, people that are considerate and down to earth. Kiera the Landlady was efficient and prompt when it came to any and every issue involving the house. The human touch regarding any issues itself is priceless, if you're looking for a home, look no further these have you covered. It's been a pleasure living in one of her properties.

Thank you to the landlady Kiera for a comfortable and enjoyable year at Chetwynd Road. The house was clean and comfortable. Issues with ongoing building works in the neighbouring property were communicated well and any problems raised were quickly resolved. Kiera is very approachable and attentive in her approach to managing the property.

Kiera is honestly the best landlord I’ve had. Nothing is ever too much trouble, she’s always contactable, friendly and quick to respond. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend one of her properties to anyone!

Literally the best landlady I've ever had. Rented a lot of places where people don't fix anything and the landlord might as well be a ghost. This is not that place. Any issue , any time of day; sorted ASAP

Houses are clean, well stocked and perfect for young professionals

When you move in, they'll make sure any new Tennant's are a good fit for the house

I lived there about 2 years. Kiera is amazing, she is the best landlord ever. Her house is well decorated and tidy. She is very helpful and always happy to take a message. 100% recommended.

I have been living in one of Kiera's houses for a couple of weeks now and it's a lovely place to live. There's great attention to detail and she's made it really homely for us. She's only just taken over the property and any little issues have been sorted straight away, and they are always really prompt in responding to any queries we have. Kiera is a really thoughtful landlady and I'm really enjoying my new home - thank you.

Kiera is so welcoming and genuinely lovely, always there when I needed her. Professional, approachable and efficient. The house really felt like home due to the small touches and the housemates were also lovely! I definitely recommend.

I would highly recommend wise lets they are efficient, houses are well looked after. I have now been renting for a year, any issues that you have are resolved that day. They have been very supportive to me over these unforeseen times which has been comforting.
