I received the delivery quickly. And I love the books. It’s gonna make great Christmas gifts. I’m glad I got them early because it gives me time to fill up instead of waiting till the last minute. I will definitely be doing this again.

No instructions came with the bed clips. Can you please email me with instructions for use?

One of the corner clips was broken off. I hope I can still use it on a bottom corner where it doesn’t need to hold as tightly. Item was mailed in a plain single bag - not a box or even a padded bag. The clips are hard plastic and shipping just wasn’t done too well. Item themselves work as intended.

The package arrived in good condition, the book seems to be interesting.

Ordering was easy, delivery was speedy, product works well

I wrote to customer service asking why the shipping charge was so high and why there were two charges and I never got a response.

The booklet gears towards gift cards or money but there are no slots in each page for a card or money so if someone were to lift the book up all the cards would slide out. It was expensive at $25 but I’m not paying to send it back.

Speedy delivery and for it being something small, it has a made a huge improvement to my "Peace"

Baseball caps were just as described.

While there was a bit of a problem with the size of the item, I was able to secure a 50% refund. My advise is to just ensure that the item's spec dimensions are well within your needs.

I had high hopes for this product, but I tried it today and was quite disappointed. The installation is very difficult, could easily tear the sheet (in this case it did not). I followed the video faithfully, but found it too clumbsy. Sorry that I won't use it. Hoping for an improved method of securing the bottom fitted sheet so that it is not so wrinkled in use.
