Mark Free is a vile individual who drives around the streets of Henley filming from his taxi families and children then posting videos on the internet without anyone’s consent. He is then backed up by his equally vile wife Hayley Free. These two are extremely unprofessional and should not even be given a taxi license. AVOID this company at all costs. This stems from a video posted online where people attended a cake sale in aid of Cancer Research run by children on the side of the road (during COVID). Mark Free had an issue with it and drove past shouting out of his window. Interestingly the police car that drove past 30 seconds after him smiling didn’t have an issue with the people attending the event on the path or their social distancing. No doubt they will make some stupid comment after this post as that’s what they do. They will not remove the video of children, they think they are above the law and need to seriously check their morals. Clearly two very unhappy people with life to do such a thing especially as it concerns the welfare of children. I attempted to deal with this privately and via a phone call and email to get the video removed but was ignored.

Interesting you’ve admitted filming children and posting it on the internet, clearly a very disturbed person. The child that came off the curb was not mine so you are factually wrong. Your opinion means nothing as the real police didn’t have an issue with the cancer research cake sale run by children. Your response only proves what a sad individual you are filming people and posting it on the internet. Just gives anyone reading this more reason to avoid you and your company. You keep telling yourself you’re a 5 Star experience...... everyone will believe you.

Mark was helpful, pleasant and friendly on the phone and confirmed the booking by email. the immaculate car and professional driver were waiting at the airport and the journey home was smooth and comfortable. help was given with luggage on arrival. I will be sure to use this lovely company again.

First a trip to London followed by a trip to Oxford. In each case Mark had a 3 - 4 hour wait. He found parking and was only a couple of minutes away when wanted for the return journey

We use Wise Choice cars on a regular basis to take my elderly uncle into Henley. They are fabulous! A car always arrives on time, they are extremely patient and helpful, and nothing is too much trouble. I can thoroughly recommend them.

Excellent service both to and from Heathrow.
Mark showed up right on time to take us to the airport and got us there in plenty of time despite heavy traffic.
On our early morning return he was waiting just where he said he'd be in arrivals, and updated us by text as soon as the plane landed.
He was parked just outside the door and we were on our way within minutes.

I was flying to Dubai early morning, needed a taxi to the airport and needed to be confident that whoever I booked was going to turn up on time. Hayley did exactly that and was there waiting for me on my return.

There are cheaper taxis but I am not prepared to take the risk of a "no show".
