Trousers fixed and spare parts on hand
My husband is 94 and all his trousers are set up for button-on suspenders, of which he currently has three pairs. The leather button end of one set of suspenders broke, so we searched on-line for a replacement.
Your website was easy to find and you had exactly what we needed to make the repair and have two pieces over. Even though you are several thousand miles away the transaction was simple and our problem is solved at what I consider a reasonable price. Our purchase showed up within a few days. Thank you.

Tacky branding
The giant branding on the back is tacky.
1)If someone is wearing leather suspenders they’re gonna get asked anyway.
2) it’s one step away from a little league jersey with a 2 inch tall phone number for mikes pizza

Quality and Service
Web page describes product perfectly. I have the leather back strap model. It’s very well made. However, I wish the leather was a bit thinner and the sizing buckle smaller. This may not be an issue over time but new, it sometimes makes it uncomfortable sitting back in a chair. The elastic back strap may be a better fit for me.

I have 3 sets of suspenders from wiseguy and all are high quality. My last set had a broken clasp on first use and the company reached out to me and replaced the suspenders. Customer service is 5 stars at wiseguy. When order again it'll be from this company.

Help updating a order.
I made a mistake when I placed my order. I was able to contact Min in Chiang Mai and was helped to add an additional pair of suspenders along with a Single Loop-Clip.
I placed my order on a Thursday morning in Washington state and the package arrived Monday at around 2:00pm.
Incredible service and delivery!
The assistance was excellent as are the suspenders.

Never lets you down
That was my best shopping experience ever. Super fine quality of the products, they look fantastic! I bought suspenders as a birthday gift for my husband and he is very happy with them. Wiseguy Original also has an excellent customer care policy. There was a delay with the delivery and Wiseguy Original reached me and sent the replacement at no charge. So the slogan is 100% true: Wiseguy never lets you down:-)
