Reebelo and wisephoneer 傻逼
The 30-day return guarantee and the so-called 12-month warranty are a total scam. reebelo and the supplier collude inside and outside to infringe on consumer rights.
I ordered an iphone 12 pro 512 gb from reebelo on April 12 and the condition was guaranteed to be good. when I received it, I was excited to open it, but the bad experience just started, I found out that first of all, the screen was not original, there was a red light from the side. Secondly, I found out that the flash doesn't work and the screen brightness can't even be adjusted. It was totally functional, not to mention that there were a lot of bumps and scratches on both sides of the phone that didn't look like GOOD, but FAIR in color.
But the nightmare was just beginning, I started a long wait and negotiation, I started asking for a replacement (I didn't even ask for a refund) and the reebelo team was finally willing to give me the return label after several emails from me. I printed the return label, but when he reached reebleo's partner supplier, called wisephone er, (I even thought it was an official reebelo refurbished one before,) their partner supplier wisephone er was even more ridiculous, they falsely accused me of human damage, saying there was serious water damage. This is ridiculous, I got the phone not even half an hour to find out that the phone is bad, where do I go to deliberately damage the phone? I even recorded a video when I unpacked the phone to prove it.

Their supplier as well as reebelo refused to offer a repair, let alone a return or exchange service. The bad phone was mailed to me again directly. Customer service sucks, customer service name is keshinee, keep defending the supplier sophomorically, obviously I am a customer, but not protecting the legal rights of the customer. In summary, people are doing, God is watching, I hope you and wisephone ER go out of business soon.

Expecting two day delivery, I was very pleasantly surprised when my order came the day after I placed it! Condition of the iPhone exceeded my expectations, was easy to setup and is a joy to use.

The iPhone 12 Pro generally appeared to be in good working order, however, the phone emitted a very toxic/noxious smell which I concluded, based on research, was likely coming from the battery. I had hoped it was just adhesive from repair work, but the smell did not go away and would get worse when charging.

Fast shipping. Products seems new like stated, have yet to turn on phone as it is a present for someone. No damages whatsoever. Happy so far!
