Mixed experience with this reseller

Avoid this reseller!

My experience of Wisephone was catastrophic. A refurbished Microsoft Surface Book laptop I bought stopped working within 3 months (keyboard and touchpad). After confirming that the problem had nothing to do with the hardware and that the model in question had "known problems with the base connections" they declined to cover under warranty. I would not deal with this company again and would strongly recommend to avoid.

Update: I have revised my rating to three stars. After considerable back and forth Wisephone agreed to have the laptop repaired and they did this at no cost.

I would therefore now recommend this reseller.

(As a general word of advice, I would also advise to take detailed photos before sending any item back to a reseller for repair.)
