Program goes only through about 75% of my PC hard drive then I get an error message: "Wiserecovery.exe has stopped working because there was a problem. Windows will shut down program and report if there is a solution". Then NOTHING, no resolution. NICE. LOUSY software, for the money I spent, it's garbage.
The software didn't recover all data of my USB drive. Maybe I add new files on the corrupted drive. But I still want to get all lost data back. Hope you can improve your product.
