Got a refurbished MacBook Air from 2019 at an incredible price .
Was delivered in less than 48 hours and was in much better condition than described (only a couple of minor scratch) . The computer works perfectly and was perfectly packed .

My order was done quickly and as promised, but power supply was not functioning. I have contacted the store multiple time to no avail. Very friendly service on the phone, but there was no action. Too bad :(

I bought a laptop recently super cheap, for like 100 usd, I bought it "good condition" and for me it's excellent, it seems brand new even tough its not even "excellent condition". Also it's a i7 6600 U 8 gb of ram, ssd 256 gb, very very good this laptop

Excellent value, i also availed of a welcome discount after subscribing, really prompt, free delivery. I purchased a dell laptop, advertised as "good", it's in pristine condition, i can't see any fault whatsoever. I would highly recommend Wisetek and would buy from them again.

I was looking for a chromebook replacement since last one died and I stumbled upon this store by chance. And it was my lucky day!

The web had several large images of the actual chromebook with extra ones for every scratch and the relevant specifications.

I still had some doubts about the condition and the shipping but they were fast to answer via email.

The packaging was excellent and it didn't take look to arrive to Spain. Although the condition was rated as just "good" personally I found it "as good as new".

I will definitely consider them when searching for a new computer.

No instructions, nothing to help set up

Very very Disappointing

This is the first time I have made the purchase of a refurbished laptop. I had a number of questions to help me take the step, but their support was superb and I was very confident to change my ways.

The price was excellent and I look forward to working hard with my purchase for a long time.

I cannot recommend Wisetek strongly enough and will defiantly be back. To be honest, the final push to make this purchase was reading the superb feedback and reviews from previous customers.

Next Day delivery of a new in box MacBook Pro, much cheaper than I could buy online. Great packaging and buying experience, and quick turnaround time. I couldn't be happier, I would definitely shop there again.

I ordered a Dell 7390 laptop, it arrived the next day even though it was St Patrick’s day, specification is excellent for the price, I would recommend buying from wisetek again.

Ordered a refurbished Acer Chromebook Spin 13 for a good price.
Item arrived well packaged and well presented and had a charger with it.
Battery was partly charged and so I could set up right away. Battery health was 71%.
