WISMO is an order tracking app for small sellers who take orders through Instagram, WhatsApp, phone calls and word of mouth. Our users include home bakers, tailors, jewellery makers, commission artists, tattoo artists, wedding planners and freelance creatives. Most of thetheir business from their phone and have never used software to manage orders. The name comes from the question every small seller hears again and again: "Where is my order?" WISMO answers it for you. You add an order in the app, and your customer gets a simple tracking link. They don't need to download anything or sign up. They open the link and see where their order is, in your words and under your business name. You choose your own stages, like "Fabriccut" or "Icing done", and your customer sees exactly those. You can also keep track of payments and advances, due dates, notes, photos and your list of customers, all in one place instead of in a notebook or old chat messages. Reminders tell yowhat's due tomorrow and who hasn't paid yet. Pro sellers can also publish a simple store page where customers can look at what they sell and send an enquiry.
