Wit Training Reviews 

A week ago I ordered Metcon 7 and paid express delivery. So far my order has not been delivered, I don't know where it is and I have no reply from WIT Fitness. They do not answer emails and do not have an available phone number. The reviews below that say excellent customer service are lies! Why are there so many with the name customer service? Because they are fake. WIT Fitness are liars and cheaters. I was cheated out of 110€. It supposed to be a gift for my girlfriend. Shame on you cheaters

No answer! I’ve ordered long time ago, and when I write to ask how things are, no answer. So money out and know information at all! Hope to hear something soon!

Shocking service - ordered 2 pairs of trainers on 10th April. Told me that they were shipped on the 11th and also got a notification from EVRI (Hermes rebranded but just as bad) that they were "sorting" them the same day.

Nothing more since. Contacted WIT's customer services on 19th, and they responded with this:

"I have urgently contacted your local postal services directly and escalated this to our Logistics Manager to get an accurate update on the status of your order for you!"

So urgently has it been dealt with that I've still heard nothing since despite again chasing on 23rd April.

So far I'm £250 out of pocket and no idea when/if I'm going to receive the goods!

My 1st experience of WIT and also my last

Love WIT's range of clothing, but their customer service is superb. Responses to issues are quick and matters are resolved swiftly. Thank you Jon Beaumont!

Emailed them for some information and advice on clothing sizing and Jon replied promptly and answered my queries. It’s really nice when a retailer is super helpful and would buy again from them again.

Jon and WIT Support Team are always swift in action and they are very kind and helpful
Despite the time difference, they are always responsive and do their best to make customers like me very happy :)

After buy a lot stuff from wit fitness I had a pair of shoes that the sole get ripped off and Jarrod make the return process so smooth and easy that I’m giving you guys 5 starts great great service thanks a lot for the easy process

Unfortunately I had to get in touch to report a faulty item - Jarrod reached out within 24 hours to resolve this and provided me with the details on how to return the item to arrange a replacement/refund, which has already been processed! Amazing customer service, thanks Jarrod - WIT is my absolute go to for fitness clothing and footwear, I would not shop anywhere else, despite this return!

This is my second terrible experience trying to shop with WIT Fitness. I would advise anyone outside of the UK to avoid them at all costs. I would give no stars if I could.

My first ordeal with WIT was when I purchased an item from their website that was out of stock but showing on the website as in stock. After 7 weeks of trying to get a refund I had to initiate charge back from my bank to receive my funds.

Anyone can have one bad experience so I said I would try order again. Big mistake. I am waiting 23 days now for an order I put in which should have been delivered in 3/4 days. WIT have advised they don’t know where my order is or when it will arrive or if it will arrive. They will not respond to me instead sending me the same automatic response each time I try contact them. I have two friends in a similar situation to mine, if you are thinking of purchasing from WIT please do yourself a favour and shop elsewhere in order to avoid this hardship. No doubt it will end with another charge back from the bank.

Amazing customer support and quick service, even the smallest issue(customer error) is sorted in no time an effort tot the customer

Really great customer service. Accidental out of stock, replacement sorted within minutes and no qualms over it being £2 more than the original item. Very happy.

Following a small fault with a hoodie, I received outstanding customer service from Jarrod. My replies were always prompt with accurate information on how to return. My refund was processed quickly. Thank you 😊 I’m sure my refund will be spent purchasing more WIT …

The customer service team are on it, sent a query in late in the day and received a response within the hour. They were friendly and more than happy to help!

I ordered 2 items from WIT Fitness.
Unfortunately, I ordered to the wrong shipping address. I contacted WIT Fitness as soon as I realised my mistake and following their prompt action the shipping address was changed.
Excellent customer service from WIT Fitness.

Needed help and the WIT Team could not have been more helpful and friendly. Actually dealt with me like a human being - a v pleasant change to many others out there. The peace of mind in knowing your order and custom matters to them, and they will help get you sorted is worth its weight in gold.

Quick and helpful customer service.
I made an error on my order and had the delivery being sent to the wrong address. Contacted WIT and Jon responded immediately and sorted it all out.

I bought some nobull trainers as a gift in January, unfortunately there was an uncharacteristic fault with them. I emailed WIT and they have been brilliant, responded quickly, friendly responses, they have done everything possible to ensure I'm not put off from buying again.
