Hi Sarah,
Thank you so much for your honest feedback – and also for your kind words about the products being phenomenal and clearing your acne scarring. It truly means a lot to me that you’ve been a loyal customer since 2018 and have experienced such incredible results. That kind of impact is exactly why I started this business.
I'm so sorry for the frustration you've experienced with your recent order and the lack of response – I completely understand how disappointing that must be. I found your email in my junk folder after seeing your social media messages explaining you have emailed and not heard back and I did reply with an email with the subject titled *You order and a sincere apology from Witches Lab* In the email I gave you a 40% off your next order discount code along with my personal number so that any future issues can be quickly resolved via WhatsApp. I know that doesn’t undo the delays, but I genuinely wanted to make things right.
Your order was placed through our Outlet page, which does clearly state that it uses a slower form of delivery – especially for orders to Ireland – but I appreciate that this can still be frustrating when communication feels slow on top of that. We're currently a tiny team – in fact, just myself and my brother, managing everything from formulating and packing to customer service and social media, all this while raising my 4-year-old daughter. It’s a lot – but we’re doing our best, and growing as quickly as we can to keep up with demand.
We’re working hard to improve our systems so that loyal customers like you never feel ignored. Your feedback is absolutely valid, and I’m taking it seriously. Hopefully one day we will be able to invest in a team to help us manage everything, we know we need to scale, it is something we are working on.
Once again, I’m really sorry for the inconvenience – and I hope you’ll consider giving us another chance in future. Please don’t hesitate to reach out directly next time you have my personal phone number so just drop me a message.
Warm wishes,
Gemma Wright
