DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS!

My item was marked as delivered by Royal Mail, even though I did not receive my item. Photos were attached of the item which appeared to be in a bin, obviously with no consent from myself for any courier to ever do this.

I have tried everything to get reimbursed by Royal Mail (it has now been 10 weeks, Royal Mail claim they reply within 6 weeks) but can’t even get a response from them after 2 disputes, or even a person to speak to when trying to call them. So, as a lot of consumers would do I reported it to my bank as a last resort, to be investigated because why should I be out of pocket.

All business owners should have insurance, I do not have any other way to claim my loss back in this situation. The owner of this business has come across unsympathetic and it appears that once the item is out for delivery she doesn’t care enough if it is received or not. To the point where I am being sent messages telling me that I have committed fraud, yet the consumer rights act states that the retailer has a contract with the courier until the buyer receives their goods, which I have not, regardless of whether the item is marked as “delivered”.

The seller is also the person liable to chase the courier, as the contract is between them and so should raise disputes with them to recover the item or money. Despite this I offered to raise a dispute myself, but rather than her trying to put a separate second dispute in also, backing mine, as the seller, or trying to call Royal Mail directly, she’s disputed the claim with my bank and is now trying to bill me for dispute charges also. Then telling me multiple times that I am disgusting and she is a small business owner, with no consideration at all for me as a human being.

She also told me that she can’t put a claim in herself because the item isn’t “lost” when in fact it is lost because otherwise I would have been in possession of said item! Furthermore, telling me that her insurance would “more likely ” not accept the claim, so she basically can’t even be bothered to try and as mentioned above, also can’t be bothered to raise a dispute herself with Royal Mail either, which would further back my disputes! Yet she has told me that she has done all that she can to help me.

She does also state on a reply to another review that the insurance ensures “goodies are all protected, arrive to you safely, and in case they face any issues, you get your money back” - this is quite clearly not the truth.

Good luck to whoever buys from her, just pray your items arrive because if they don’t you’ll lose your money and have accusations thrown at you. Terrible customer service and will advocate directly to anyone I know on instagram to NOT BUY from this business!

I was delighted with my purchases

i'm very happy with my purchase! i had ordered a few items off the shop, two of them being bracelets with the intention of me and my partner matching, but my partner has larger wrists than most. i stressed this to seller to see if they could work their magic and they went above and beyond! now me and partner proudly wear our matching bracelets, thank you!

I enquired about a custom necklace during the summer months and after a lot of talking back and forth and handing over a design which I had hand drawn, it appeared to me the owner of the shop was then promptly acquiring a piece I had requested on the necklace (a charm to be exact). The owner of witchy market informed me I definitely had a slot for a custom necklace during a live sale on instagram (as she only accepts a few every so often because of the time it takes to make them) and so I was assured I had a slot and that she had my design, I just needed to wait. However, I recently messaged again about this necklace after not hearing anything about it for a very long time... only to be informed I now needed to pay a deposit? Something which I would have done, and would not have minded doing if I was asked in the first instance. Unfortunately I will not be purchasing from this business in the future as this gave an impression of the business being chaotic and poorly organised.

Very cute crystals just wish delivery was a tad less

I love everything she sells. So high quality and She is so kind and thoughtful. All her items are amazing, my favourite is still my Bunny Moss Agate and it has been the best purchase ever!! Cannot wait to get more crystals from her and I am so excited to order a mystery box from her one day hopefully. I trust her and she really is an amazing seller!!

Witchy Market is the only place I buy my crystals from now. I have never had a complaint or issue with anything that I have brought, and I know that everything is of the highest quality and is ethically sourced.
Ainhoa also does live sales on Instagram in which you can clearly see each piece and ask any questions before buying which is so helpful! I look forward to every live, and even if I don’t get anything, it’s a lovely way to spend the evening!
You can tell how much effort goes into even the packaging, I just couldn’t recommend Witchy Market more!
