It’s a Yesss for me
Highly recommend! I ordered a few pieces from With Bling and when they arrived I absolutely fell in love! The quality is great and I am definitely ordering more from them in the future? It’s stylish but with comfort. As a girly with multiple piercings I always find butterfly backs leaving my ears sore but since I changed to With Bling my ears are no longer in pain!

Don’t waste your time and money
I placed my first order with this company and spent over £100. Initially everything seemed fine. However, one of the sun studs I purchased fell out and went missing. I assumed this was my fault and simply bought a replacement.
When the second one also fell out and was lost, I again replaced it. After the third stud fell out in the same way, I contacted the company to raise the issue.
They asked whether the stud screwed to a stop or continued to spin. I confirmed that all four of the studs I had purchased spin continuously rather than tightening fully — which indicates a fault with the threading. Each stud costs £21, so this is not a cheap product.
Despite acknowledging the issue with the thread, the company stated there was nothing they could do because the lost items could not be returned. They offered a 30% goodwill discount on another replacement — of the same product that has repeatedly proven faulty.
At this point, I have spent over £80 replacing studs that have not stayed in my ear due to a manufacturing fault. Offering a partial discount to purchase yet another faulty replacement is not a reasonable solution.
Response times were slow throughout, and there was no sense of urgency or accountability regarding a clear product defect.
I have since taken my business elsewhere. I would strongly advise others to reconsider before spending their money here.

Appalling service and no delivery
I place my order costing over £50 and was informed it was dispatched and would arrive within 3-5 working days. It has been almost 2 weeks and I haven’t received my order. I’m unable to track my order as it says “you cannot track your order until it has been delivered” - I’m unsure how this makes sense? I wouldn’t need to track it if it had been delivered. I have tried to contact ‘with bling’ on three separate occasions and have not received a reply, yet continue to receive marketing emails from them. Beyond disappointed with this service and will never place any orders with this company again. Hopefully I’ll receive a refund.

ORDER MISSING
Royal Mail failed to deliver my order, I contacted With Bling who advised I wait 3 days and they would sort this out. The 3 days have come and gone now and they are not answering my emails. As a new customer they have given me a very bad impression. I wont use again.
