Too anal

Was doing so well with them for years and then this new doctor joined dr seasly and she became too much. Wanting me to take my blood pressure for 3 days and then my heart rate. I mean who has time for that? I sent in one reading but that wasn’t good enough for her. Too anal. Cancelled my subscription

Go see real doctors

Go use real doctors. When a question arises they tell you to see a “real doctor” charge you a consult fee when you are the one choosing the medication and amount. The customer service agents are just dumb. The concept is a good one. The execution is really bad

Terrible

This company is horrible. I stopped my service with them and they are still charging my card. I reached out for an explanation and got told the charge is a “consultation fee” from a date that was a year before I even started using their services. I can’t remove my card from their site or delete my account so I’ll likely have to get a new debit card now.

Chronic migraine sufferers beware

I have been a customer of Cove for over a year. I must be a glutton for punishment because sadly I’m not exaggerating when I say they have failed to meet the most basic expectations at every single step. This service is simple, I pay a subscription fee to get my prescription delivered on time so I don’t have to think about it. The number of times Cove has succeeded in successfully refilling my prescriptions and shipping them to me without me running out was exactly one time in the past year and a half. I am a chronic migraine sufferer who, if not medicated, would have 25+/30 migraine days a month. When I go off my daily medication even for a few days my symptoms are extreme and I cannot work, extreme nausea and pain, light sensitivity, for days on end without relief. This is what the Cove team dooms me to suffer again and again when their negligence and incompetence leads yet again to them failing to do the very simple thing I am paying for. If you need daily medication be warned: using Cove is a guaranteed path to pain and suffering. Their team has no accountability outside of business hours, they will not be there for you in an emergency. Get a real neurologist and stay away from this blatant tech cash grab nightmare who is out there right now running paid ads to mislead and acquire chronic migraine patients as we speak.

I wish I could give this service zero…

I wish I could give this service zero stars. I complained about their lack of help updating my insurance, which was responded to without any help, then they charged me AGAIN($115) to tell me they couldn't help and maybe I should find a neurologist near me instead.

False advertisement and robotic care

False advertisement and standard doctors who just prescribe medicine. I sign up at the service because a lot of natural remedies were advertised. However, when I got was a Doctor Who wanted to put me full of pills and didn’t take any of my personal case into consideration. I called complaining asked for a refund of the pills. They charge me for that I didn’t want and they did so but did not cancel my account. Three months later I get charged a $30. When I call for a refund and they refused telling me I should’ve submitted a request for canceling. I asked him how this phone call was any different than the last one and they said because their notes mentioned, I would talk to my provider again. And me mentioning that made them keep my account open. That is baloney. They told me to reach out to him about the supplements when I complained about what I was experiencing. I figured they wouldn’t tell me to do that unless I still have time to talk to him since I had already paid for that time. But no. Awful service, not what they advertised, nothing is customized, and robotic doctors. I never leave bad reviews but this warranted it. Don’t get this.

Scammed my "consultation" fee

I googled propranolol prescription and out popped COVE, it was a page saying I could get the medication after a "consultation". Nowhere on the page does it mention that they only treat migraines, lol! After paying the 50-dollar consultation fee and the 45 dollars for the drug, their doctor shoved "we only treat migraines" at me and that was it. The customer service REFUSED to refund me the consultation despite me telling him that I was not notified that they only prescribe medication for ONE condition. It is a total scam, avoid by all cost!!!

SCAM SCAM SCAM

SCAM SCAM SCAM! I went through the steps to get migraine treatment and after that they charged my card immediately for a consultation and 2 Medications…this was on Feb. 10…today is Feb 24th and I still have yet to get any of my medications in the mail nor have I gotten a shipment confirmation. When I sent an email to cove I was told by a “Marty” that there was a glitch in their system and they would send the prescription right over to their pharmacy and expedite it so it would be processed…that was a response from them on Feb. 21st and I still have nothing. I’ve now sent another email but it looks like I’ll be disputing this with my credit card company since they charged for services and did not provide any. Stay far far away from this company it’s not worth the time or hassle

I only give Cove 1 star because I didn’t pay them any money

I only give Cove 1 star because I didn’t lose any money. I agree that Cove is a scam because they definitely over promise to people who are vulnerable due chronic pain but they do not deliver. After I spent at least ten hours writing copious notes to answer the nurses’ questions over the course of a week and a half, they decided that my case was too complex. I responded to that decision by writing that I was disappointed and that although my case was assigned to a young ARNP I’d hoped someone more experienced would review my case. The next day, I was reading thru my personal email account and noticed that the approx 8-10 emails between me and Cove that were previously there just yesterday are now gone. I did not delete them. I did not give Cove or anyone else my password or access to my account.

When I first started with cove

When I first started with cove, they were great! They have since gone way down hill! They don’t respond to any emails..AT ALL! They take your money, immediately..that’s all they do quickly and efficiently!
They say “we care”? Nah, not at all!
If you have other options, go for it!
After 5 emails and direct contact with CS and the dr…nothing!
Horrible way to treat migraine sufferers!
It asks for date of service…too many to put in one date!

They take money but don’t provide care in a timely manner

I signed up based on the expectation that I would hear from a provider within 48 hours as indicated on the Cove website. 3 days later I still hadn’t heard any communication from them so I reached out and they gave me an excuse about high volume. I continued to wait. Reached out again and was given more excuses days later. Then a dr messaged me with questions about something that didn’t even apply to me- like he got me confused with another patient. I requested to quit their service and get refunded because 6 days later I still have no treatment plan but they say- I’m free to cancel but they will not refund me. And they billed my insurance but haven’t even provided me with medical care yet which some might consider fraud. I asked for a supervisor to contact me but haven’t heard back. It’s a bait and switch

Excellent experience

Excellent experience. I’ve suffered from debilitating migraines for most my life. Seen many neurologists. Have taken many different options for my migraines some have worked for short time or maybe a year then stop. After my last visit to a new neurologist as I moved states and they were unwilling to adjust my medication despite have 3+ migraines a week and wanted to get me on Botox ( which is fine but it takes a good 1-2 months to get started and can take 6 months to actually work) I realized I need a better solution for right now. I found cove from Facebook ad and did some research decided to sign up. Best decision I’ve made. They first started by adding nurtec for when I have a migraine to my current meds this actually worked. However I was still getting lot of migraines. I discussed my options for changing my current meds and we decided to start me on qulipta 60 mg and zofran for nausea and the nurtec for when I have a migraine. Well since switching I haven’t even needed the rescue meds! I haven’t had a migraine in almost a month. The process was so easy. The doctor responds within 24-48 hours sometimes sooner. Actually listens to my concerns and addresses them right there and then. They found financial programs that cover the nurtec 💯 and got my insurance to cover the qulipta! Best money I’ve spent. I highly recommend if you have not had success with your doctor and need a better option!

This is a shady website

This is a shady website! Do not use it! They lied about their prices first off saying it would be $9 for a medication but after I purchased it without showing the price they go and charge $27. I tell them to cancel the order and there was no reply. This morning they charge another $50 when I never chose a treatment plan. That was an unauthorized transaction. Had to cancel my bank card!

With Cove is a SCAM!

This website is a scam! They prey on people with migraines and steel their hard earned money. All the 5 star reviews online must be sponsored by "With Cove". If your reading this go with a different migraine provider. I looked online and mainly found only good reviews so I gave it a shot. I signed up and did my consultation almost a week ago. First thing that happened was they charged me $60 for my consultation. Which surprised me because it says on there website that the doctors fees are only $4. Right then I should have packed up and ran, But of course I didn't. Then I ended up waiting around 3 days to finally get an email from the doctor (even though the website says the doctor will contact you in 24 to 48 hours) but here we are 72 hours later and finally I get a quick little email saying"the doctor is reviewing your consultation and will get back to you in 48 hours" that is on top of the 72 I had already waited. So now here we are way over the time that the "With Cove" website said it would be before the doctor gave me a treatment plan. Fast forward to today I finally get an email from the doctor that wasn't a generic pre-typed email like his first one. But again of course another problem, the doctor goes on to say that the dosage that I needed for my migraine treatment was not carried by "With Cove" and he would have to contact the pharmacy and request it, which would be another few days! So all in all I will be looking at close to 2 weeks if I'm lucky to get my prescription. To top it off they also like to brag about how there doctors are 24/7 doctors but I have messaged my doctor 3 times now without a single reply. This is the best part. I then decided I wasn't going to deal with this every month. I messaged customer service and told them I wanted a refund because of everything that has happened. Customer service reply with "I can give you the $5 back for the medicine but because the doctor sent you one email I can not refund your $60 consultation fee" So one small email from the doctor telling me they do not carry the dosage medication that I need, even though they have that dosage on the "With Cove" website ended up costing me $60. I have reached out multiple times to the doctor without any response back, and it has been almost a week and I still don't have a treatment plan. I will definitely be reviewing them all over and also contacting the Better Business Bureau. If you are reading this PLEASE PLEASE do yourself a favor and look somewhere else and learn from my mistake! I honestly wish I had seen a review like this before I signed up because I would have never signed up for that SCAM!

Fast, easy, & affordable

I’m super impressed with this service.
TL;DR - affordable, fast, and easy

I took a chance on this because my PCP appointments were scheduled super far out. It only cost me $24 which is less than the cost (WITH INSURANCE) of my regular PCP appointment and meds. Keep in mind I did only need one med which was cheaper but this is still amazing value to me.
I received word back from the doctor less than 24 hours after I submitted my survey/questionnaire.
I received my meds to my door only 4 days after my initial survey was submitted.

Definitely would recommend. This is legit.
