I've had such a great experience with Elara. This is not my first rodeo with a telehealth company, so it's been a really simple and painless process for me entirely. Their medications are top tier, and the shipping and turnaround times from order to approval to doorstep are really impressive and quick. Any time I have needed to contact support, my questions were answered, and the doctors don't push meds or increasing dosage like many others do - and I really appreciate that!!

I would not suggest them for First timers because They are not as hands on as other Providers I have tried in the past but they are efficient with getting back to you when you email a question or concern. The meds they provide actually work. The only negative is the Portal. It can be a little tedious and not as easy to use but overall a good experience!

I was wanting to update my information on my profile and I accidentally restarted my medication and was charged without wanting to restart it. I tried contacting them the same day. Through their portal (had no answer) and through phone calls (call would drop in one ring). I filed a bank claim and elara denied the claim. I finally was able to get ahold of someone (after two months) and they stated they weren’t able to refund me because on their end it shows they had answered my message even though I had sent them proof that I received no form of communication. Unprofessional and do not recommend

I have been with Elara for almost 3 months now and have not had any issues. Any time I have need customer service, they have been responsive in less that 12 hours time. The big plus for me is when ordering my medication, the turnaround time is about 72 hours, if that!

I really liked the tik tok representative. But I can’t get straight educated answers from customer service. They keep raising my dose without the correlating vial. And without discussion even tho I’ve requested it. Customer service gave me wrong information about my dose plan. I’d like to talk to a provider but they won’t call. I’ve gone up 4 times in 4 months with no support or explanation. Now I’m trying to cancel and the auto response says it’s too late a week out. Also is the pharmacy licensed in my state? Unsure.

I am very upset. They were quick to get back to me. They were quick to place my order take my money. I didn’t receive my order and now all of a sudden I can’t get a hold of anyone. They’re avoiding me. I really don’t believe this is the way you should conduct business I will be taking this further
