I ended up not using your insurance, but I did have an issue and your representative was very kind and helpful at 1:00 am in the morning. I really appreciated her assistance. We were stranded at Midway airport in Chicago and was not scheduled to fly out until 6:00 pm the next day. Southwest did not offer any assistance as far as a hotel or anything. Both of us are in our late 70’s. We had checked our carry on bag at the request of Southwest and when we realized that we were not going to fly as expected, I asked to get our bag for my hubby’s meds that he has to take on time. They refused and told me if I went to the travel department at 4:00 am, they would help me retrieve the bag. Well, that did not happen. They were not sympathetic or helpful at all. I turned down the offer of getting a room from Faye because I was in hopes of getting his meds. Needless to say, we spent a long, worrisome night at the airport. We learned a valuable lesson that night about the meds but I cannot help but wonder what would have happened if my hubby had a medical emergency. I spoke with your customer service specialist Sydney W and kudos to her for trying to help us…
I will contact your company when we travel again for travel insurance needs.

I don't understand who writes these positive reviews, this is the most terrible company I have ever dealt with. I had to cancel a trip and filed a claim for the hotel booking cost (I was able to get a full refund for the flights). They have been reviewing the claim for a month now, and three times they have requested the exact same document that I submitted when I first filed the claim. Customer support is awful; they don't respond in the chat or via email, and there are no other ways to contact them. What is the point of having an in-app chat if no one answers? I’ve been messaging them every day for a month with no response. I do not recommend buying anything from them. If you ever need to file a claim, you’ll be left waiting a long time, and no one will reply to your messages.

Our final leg of our flight home from Zurich was cancelled. The Faye app messaged us about the cancellation & the next steps. The earliest the airline could book us was the following afternoon. We uploaded all of our receipts: proof of cancellation, hotel receipt, original itinerary, original boarding passes, & revised boarding passes for the next day. Faye insurance keeps asking for the revised travel itinerary - we have explained that the itinerary wasn’t revised - no travel agent involved. We’ve uploaded the info both to the app & online. After seven weeks, nothing - claim+C26-g6bg5-a1 is still listed as incomplete - “missing revised travel itinerary”. Update: Our claim was processed successfully a few days after this 1 star review. Changed the review to 3 stars instead of 1.

I did not need to use the coverage! I didn't get sick, or have any trains or planes canceled. Hotel accommodations were great. I enjoyed everything but the heat!!

I appreciated the communication and the up-to-date messaging that this website gave me during my entire trip and updated any flights or hotel changes instantly

Mackensie was always on top of changes, or updates to our trip and alerted us. Basically everything that she did made our trip go smoothly from flights, ship, hotels, private cars and taxi service. We have nothing but praise for how easy Mackenzie made it.
With that said, we likely will not repeat a river cruise trip. The river was very industrial. When you see the ads, you think its going to be all castles, vineyards, beautiful farmland, quaint charming houses and bikes. However, the reality is the castles are only during 1 day for about 3 hours, and the rest of the time it was trees or shipping areas, large gas or natural gas facilities, and other mechanized manufacturing sites. The tours were all around 1-1.5 hrs away by bus. They were interesting, but the heat (90-100 degrees every day) made it impossible to ride bikes as the alternative that we had signed up for. We realize there is no control over the weather, and you just deal with it. John is an introvert, and didn't like sitting with others for dinner, etc. because they mainly have large tables with only several 2 top tables. I liked getting to know others, but to accommodate him we would sit at the front of the ship on occasion and have burgers w/fries or pizza. Thankfully there were alternatives. We did enjoy the Chef's table, and made reservations with another couple on a 4 top. Also, we had lunch there on day when it wasn't busy.
One of the best features of the boat was the pool! It was heated, huge and was never very busy. I also really enjoyed the multiple workouts they offered almost daily...yoga, stretching classes, group walking after breakfast. They were only 30 minute classes, but it was a great way to start out the day.
We did enjoy the hotels and being on our own to explore Amsterdam and Zurich where we walked everywhere, ate at interesting places, and people watched when we just wanted to chill. Both hotels were very nice, but we really liked Anantara Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky Amsterdam. The lobby was very modern and interesting with fun artwork and cozy seating areas,
Thank you for organizing a great itinerary Mackenzie! I hope this information is useful.

This was one of the most important best trips in my life and it could not have happened without my agent, Patti Reiss.
It was seamless, flawless, and every tour, hotel and flight was right in line with our families wants and needs.
If it was not for her we would not have felt comfortable taking this trip.
I cannot thank her and Faye travel enough for everything!

The entire trip was seemless !! No problems with the flights, hotel or cruise. Met some wonderful people and thoroughly enjoyed the entire trip. Had one small "blip" with a corrupt Uber driver in Paris but all worked out and we didn't allow it to affect our vacation.

Delay, delay delay....a simple case gets stalled and not settled...keeps saying final review for months on a simple not complicated claim..plane engine fails in the air and we returned missing a day of trip and staying in hotel overnight!!!!! I expect eventually this will be denied!!!!! NEVER USE FAYE!!!!!! AFTER I POSTED I HEARD BACK FROM FAYE APLOGIZING AND DEALING WITH THE CLAIM IN A QUICK AND EFFICIENT MANNER. WHAT EVER CAUSED THE INTIAL PROBLEM WAS RESOLVED BY THEM AND BASED ON THIS I WILL BE USING FAYE FOR MY NEXT TRIPS.

Frustrating experience and unhelpful customer service—avoid. For eSims
.
Since posting this review. Faye reached out apologizing and offered a refund!! Now that is great customer service!!
My daughter and I traveled to Italy and Portugal and both bought eSIMs. We have the exact same phone model and cellular plan, but while hers worked 90% of the time, mine only worked briefly at the very beginning.
I contacted customer service via chat multiple times. Although they responded quickly, they gave me the exact same troubleshooting steps every single time. I followed their instructions repeatedly, but nothing worked. It was incredibly stressful and frustrating because I desperately needed data to pull up hotel directions, check bus routes, and coordinate with our group leader.
They tried to blame the connectivity issues on us being in "remote areas," which is completely false—we were in major hubs like airports and central areas of Rome, Milan, Venice, and Pompeii. To make matters worse, they refused to issue a refund, claiming I had used 28% of my data, even though they previously confirmed I had zero usage after the first three days. Look elsewhere for a more reliable company.

Great tour guide and bus driver along with great hotel accommodations.

This was easy to use and gave us peace of mind. We had a delay in our flight and making sure our trip was insured gave us peace of mind that we had options if we needed to rent a car or get hotel or if our trip got canceled.

Travel Insurance was not needed. Almost was because of flight delays and hotel cancellations, b ut the tour company took care of everything for me.

I’d run out of a prescription medication I couldn’t do without and Faye connected me with a doctor in Madrid who got me a prescription from a pharmacy near my hotel. The process couldn’t have gone more smoothly. Thank you Faye!

I had a 4 hr. Ground hold in Mobile that caused me to miss my connecting flight back to CA. Had to find a hotel for the night. Faye was excellent to deal with on my travel insurance reimbursement. Quick, easy, efficient. I will always use Fate for my travel insurance.

While I did not to make any claims, I appreciated the real-time alerts about my flights. Outbound, a flight was canceled. My travel agent changed flights which required me to spend overnight near the airport. I sent a chat to Faye to see if my coverage would include a hotel and got no reply. Ended up staying with relatives, so ended up no extra cost.

My trip was a long wait to get on the bus to the ship because there was no terminal at Philly yet and was switch to a hotel. The return after the cruise went much smoother. It pays to have patience.

(Update to this review: Faye did eventually reimburse me for the covered items. A more frustrating process than needed but, in the end, not awful. I have revised thre rating upward and would use them again.) I have used Faye for travel insurance for six trips now. The first five, I was fortunate and had no need to file a claim. The most recent, however I did, and it has been unpleasant. My flight was delayed because of an airline decision and I missed the connecting flight with no replacement flight available till the next day. The hotel at my destination was pre-paid and non-refundable, so I was charged for that first night even though I did not stay there. I provided Faye with statements from the airline and the hotel receipt showing the charge and the total I paid. Faye then insisted they need "proof of no return" even though it is clear from the hotel receipt that I was charged and not refunded. The hotel says that is proof, they would not have a record of something tht never happened. They have never heard of a "proof of no refund" and have no idea what that would be although Faye claims it is common practice. I sent Faye copies of the emails with the hotel; I have not heard back and have not been compensated. Shortly after posting this review (before update) Faye contacted me to say they had everything they need from me. No acknowledgement of reimbursement yet but it's a step in the right direction. I am planning another international trip but because I no longer trust Faye, I may purchase coverage elsewhere. I will revise this review if circumstances change.

Faye had great follow up letting me know of gate changes and which baggage claim I needed. I missed a connection due to weather and if the airline hadn't rebooked me as well as a hotel stay and room vouchers, I felt comfortable in knowing I could make an immediate claim to Faye.
