They were more than just kind.

I’ve had one of their lamps before and I really loved it and I used it a lot until the motor broke and it wouldn’t spin anymore and I sent a message to an ad just to say how much I liked it and that I was bummed that it broke and they messaged me personally and they offered to send me a completely new one and I can’t thank them enough and it was for free .

i ordered to the wrong address

i ordered to the wrong address by accident, freaked out, and tried to get in contact asap. and she responded asap!! fixed everything up and now i should be getting another one sent to my address! time will tell once it arrives :)

At first I was frustrated because the…

At first I was frustrated because the touch feature wasn’t working (I came to find I needed to be better about reading instructions). The touch feature is on the logo, not the side silver panel buttons. Isabelle responded to my email to support first thing Monday morning. She was kind, thorough, and attentive. She walked me through what I needed to do to get the light to function with manual touch vs. remote. She gave an incredible experience and service.

Beautiful light & amazing customer support

Their lamp creates a beautiful atmosphere and is well built. The customer support is amazing! Their response time is super fast and they offer great solutions and show a lot of goodwill. In fact, this company was one of customer-friendliest I have ever contacted. Definitely a recommendation!

Perfect!

I am very satisfied with my new Havie lamp, which creates a beautiful warm atmosphere and makes my bedroom a perfect space for relaxation.
Furthermore, I would like to highlight the excellent service I received through personal email contact with Isabelle, who responded to my questions very quickly and was exceptionally kind.
Indeed, I was surprised not to find a USB-C cable in the box, but she explained their approach of reducing electronic waste, which I completely understood and would also like to commend.
Isabelle immediately found a solution for me. It is rare to come across someone so caring and attentive to customers.
A huge thank you — I highly recommend ordering from the Havie website.

I had an issue with my lamp and Isabelle handled everything quickly and kindly. Replacement was arranged with no hassle.

I have had multiple excellent experiences with Havie! I could not recommend them more - the customer service provided by staff (shout out to Isabelle) is wonderful. The communication via email has been quick, kind and so incredibly helpful. The lamps are also so stunning. They elevate any space and absolutely help my nervous system regulate and that is everything! Thank you for this creation. Thank you for the beautiful customer service. It’s is so very much appreciated. 😍🥰😍

Obsessed with my new lamp

Obsessed with my new lamp, however the remote that it came with was having issues so I reached out to customer support. Isabelle was very prompt and kind, and is sending a replacement remote. Definitely a pleasant experience chatting with her, and happy to have my issue resolved!

A truly great company!

I purchased 2 lamps because the product looked really great! I had a need to contact customer service and I was greeted with such kindness, respect, and professionalism that I was truly taken aback because in this current climate in the US, people are genuinely rude or not responsive. Havie was the exact opposite. I higly recommend this product and this company because they treat people as a treasured and valued customer because they value their product!

Support is fantastic

I found that I did not have a remote in the package and there was no charge light when trying to charge . I give a three because of this . However the service provided by Isabelle at support was incredible . She is a credit to the company how efficient and respectful as we worked through my issue. Excellent employee

Christmas Havies Great Customer Service

I ordered a few Havie's for Christmas gifts and was a bit apprehensive because I saw it on FB and it was a mailorder company. I kept one for myself and it's now April and my remote has never worked, though my grandsons have expressed loving there's. I finally reached out to the company and I received an immediate response from Isabelle! We have corresponded back and forth to get this resolved and she was always quick to respond and clear on what to do! I now have my new remote on its way! Thank you Isaabelle for being professional, understanding and kind through this process.

Troubleshooting Help

I was having issues with the battery life on my lamp, but I didnt realize that if the remote is used to turn the lamp off, it stays in sleep mode, thus draining the battery. I thought the light was simply not working. Isabelle did a great job explaining it all to me and troubleshooting. While I wish the remote could be used solely for the on and off of the lamp, I still really enjoy the way the colors move and the various options of colors.

This is one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had from a company lately. Not only are they very responsive but they’re helpful, kind and quick to resolve the issue. Oh and did I mention I LOVE my Havie lamp? Great product and great customer service.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
