My first order, WithLogos did not have the item in stock, so I changed the item and ordered a like item with an added discount from the company. That item was also not in stock and I had to cancel my order all together.
They have items that are not in stock but continue to sell them. It's frustrating to have to go back and forth to only find out that I cannot get my order. Now I have to wait for up to 5-7 days (after refund is initiated) for my refund, thanks for tying up over $200!

Shipping was quick, but the "unscented" hand sanitizer smells awful! Don't bother purchasing the hand sanitizer. They will not consider offering other options. POOR customer service.

withlogos.com was a pleasure to work with. From the first phone call all the way through to delivery, they have been so helpful. Our swag looks fabulous and we are happy with the entire process.

Easy to design, fast delivery and looks great!

I was extremely impressed with WithLogos. I am a student and I was ordering for an event for our college. Not only did WithLogos create exactly what I was looking for at a competitive price, but they got it to me in TWO DAYS. Communication was receptive, clear, and fast. I literally cannot begin to say how impressed I am. Highly recommend.

We are very pleased with the customized tissue packets. They are a great addition to our take home bags.

The custom store bags came out very nice. I'm picky and I don't rate products often but I did this time because I really like the bags and the price. It didn't take them long to complete either.

Product looked great and was on time. Nice job. Shipping is expensive, you don’t find out shipping until you are pretty far along.

I purchased an order of the "Custom Printed Alcohol-Free - Sani-mist Pocket Sprayer Hand Sanitizer (20134)" product for a tradeshow for the business I work for.

My original order came in poor condition, the pens themselves were not properly assembled in the package and had leaked.

I contacted WithLogos that day to get another order processed, and was very pleased at their prompt customer service. They got back to me right away, and apologized for the condition of the original order. Within the day, I had a reorder processing and didn't have to go through the hassle of returning the defective order.

Fast forward a week, and I got my replacement order in excellent condition. No issues whatsoever. Print is clear and sharp, and the pens themselves work without issue.

While the original order has me limiting my review to 4 stars, I have to give credit to a company which immediately addressed the issue and got me a product I can be happy to present to our audience.

Mistakes happen with all companies, but its how they're handled that matters. Turned my experience around and I would consider ordering from here again.
