Fantastic service. I ordered on the Sunday night and the sunglasses were delivered on the following Wednesday.

Excellent experience buying from Withsunglasses! The shades were a great price (made me slightly wary) but the customer service and delivery were brilliant. Quickly received, with some sweets in there too as a nice touch - excellent and I'd 100% use again.

They did not have the glasses on stock and they never send an email to let me know it would take longer to be delivered i had to email them asking. After 3 weeks of the order i was informed that it would take other 4, they offered me other glasses. so my advice it will be to really check the stockage availability but the customer service is non existing.

As long as you are aware of the time taken for delivery of 'available' items (this is stated on the website, but could be made more clear on the product page), I can not fault the service provided.

I had to return a pair of goggles and re-order due to the first pair being too small. Withsunglasses.co.uk arranged a quick and efficient collection by DHL and refunded my payment as requested.

Price and product also very good.

Do not use this company, save yourself the hassle and take your money elsewhere. No matter how polite the customer service or the quotes of’ terms and confitions’ They are a waste of time....avoid!!

Sunglasses arrived on time however in the end but a text from DHL said they would arrive in 48 hrs not 24hrs, in the end they did arrive on time, I need to send them back due to them not looking on me, i haven't done this yet but so far they have been very good

Very very very slow delivery by which time the price had increased on the second pair i wanted to order from £49.33 to £130!

UPDATE:
Worse still the customer service of this company don't check their facts. They claim they delivered it in mid-January and it is my fault the price went up as the January sales ended. Both things are untrue as they delivered it at the end of January and the price went up in January during the January sales.

TRUTH:
Firstly their delivery was late. I ordered on 15 January. They didn't even bother to dispatch the item until 27 January when they emailed me then I received it on 29 January not mid-January! It took 14 days to arrive or 11 working days. So it was late.

Secondly they changed the price of these sunglasses in January whilst I was waiting for delivery. The price rise was nearly 300% for every colour - a massive price increase from around £50 to £130.

Fast shipping on 24hr products, responsive customers services and brilliant free returns process. DHL will pick up from your home!

Lovely glasses but communication was poor. I had to keep ringing to ask where they were. I was supposedly sent an email to say was a delay but nothing in any email boxes. Took longer than i expected but they got here in the end.

Fantastic sunglasses, authentic. Only downside was the delivery timescale which was longer than I expected but withsunglasses did keep me informed of the delay. Very happy with my purchase and made a great saving on high street price.

Bought prada sunglasses. They weren't on 24hr delivery, they were on 10 working days. Withsunglasses kept me up to date and they arrived far earlier than expected. Excellent service, glasses perfect.
