I’m a Hong Kong property owner. I once had a bad experience with a dishonest agency and was really frustrated. Luckily I found this company.

Lewis is very nice and truly understands landlords’ needs. She’s super helpful, honest and reliable.

As a Hong Kong owner renting property remotely, I just want my unit rented out smoothly. My place is next to the stadium, and whenever there was any problem, she fixed it quickly.

I saw a fake bad review about them — it must be a prank or dirty trick from competitors. God knows the truth and will bring justice.

Really thankful for their help this year, and I’ll keep supporting them.

WARNING TO LANDLORDS: Financial Misconduct & Unauthorized Actions.
This agency is operated by staff with a documented history of financial irregularities at previous firms where substantial landlord rent went missing. They are currently engaging in illegal practices, including not paying rent to the landlords. Furthermore, tenants have reported frivolous and vague deposit deductions like 'others and unknown'. This is a high-risk operation. Do not trust them with your property assets or rental income.

This company is a fraudulent company in terms of tenant deposit, after moving out of the property they claimed ridiculous and untrue charges.

Be careful dealing with the company

My experience as a tenant with this agency has been very disappointing and I dare say, I and my family have been treated with disdain, lack of empathy and humanity. I can write all about my experience but I will advice any tenant doing business with this agency should thread with caution. I request that this agency explain what "unknown and other" charge mean on a deposit. On top on this, our case manager is rude and terrible at communicating.

I will not recommend this agency. They are fraudulent. I recently left a property on WN7 1RP with no damages or whatsoever on the property and this agency is trying to rob me of £865. I have all evidences to support my claim!
