I used WiTopia for years. I always had a good experience with the service. And the service provided when I needed assistance was also very good. I would recommend them.

Been with this company for many years. It is a shame as they were one of the first VPN providers and should have been one of the best by now. But there are performance is one of the worst I don't know why I stayed with them this long after changing to another company insane the day and night difference. This was not just on one machine this was on several not on one connection but on several things just across the board not a very good company. In my opinion. The customer service is okay but their product is horrible. For a VPN it's important to have of course security but so important to have low overhead and what do I mean by that when I use this service provider my speeds were cut many times down to 20% to 30% of if I had no VPN meaning I'm losing 70 to 80% performance this is just so unacceptable.
I have finally made the move to another company that I wrote a review on who has excellent performance my loss of speed on this new company is less than 10%. WiTopia I could not recommend this company to anyone and will no longer be using any of their services.
