The package is unbelievably quick with dhl, and their parts seem to be of good quality and price! Customer service reply and keep in contact to see if i have recieved the package so thats good to see, not sure about others problems. Though overall i will keep ordering my phone parts from these guys, they're trustworthy in my experience.

OEM screen was not working when it came, took a month and a half to get a replacement but it has finally arrived. Buying from China takes longer than I thought. Something to keep in mind, especially if you, like me, are in need of speedy service.

Replacement screen and frame for Pixel 3xl work great. I swear this screen is better than the original one. Disassembly and reassembly very challenging as pointed out in the video.

1.5 months ago, I've made the mistake to order spare parts from. After few weeks the status of the order was still "processing". Finally, after few emails, they said that these parts were out of order long time before they took my money. Now I still don't have neither the parts or my money back.

I've had been waiting an answer, but I didn't see the spam box. Every step, including one product that been out of stock has been solved in a gentle form. Thanks for the support. I super recommend it!

Very unreliable store selling copies as originals. They are untrustworthy; they don't post your product reviews if they are negative.

Item not as described . Not an original OEM product. Not the same as on pictures. Never again .

So to start off I've ordered cell phone LCD digitizers and such from eBay and Alibaba and not so reputable places till I came up on witrigs.com I only use them from now on and even when one screen had a issue and and failed it was then warranted and replaced immediately this place is the place to get any supplies you need for your cell phone repairs I Will use them from now on that's the truth That's all I got have a good day guys remember get your witrigs.com

I bought a OEM Pixel 2XL screen and it worked fine for about two months. In the bottom right area, the pixels started to shut off or turn yellow and green. This issue comes up after several minutes of use and gets bigger and bigger as the screen is turned on, but recovers after a few hours of turning off the screen.
The support blamed me for this fault and said it is caused by too much pressure on the screen. Which defenetly isn't the case, since the fault emerges from an area which is protected by the case.
So now they don't act upon the given warranty and only offered me a potential discount for a new screen. But why should I give them another 120 Dollar for a probably faulty display.
I would have been better of with my previous cracked screen, since it didn't have any display issues.
The support isn't answering for days. I do not recommend anyone to buy your replacement parts of this site.
I will update this review should there be a resolution to my issue.

Now the support replied and informed me, that they organize a refund screen for me. Updated to 2 starts as sign of good will. I'll update the review and stars as the refund progresses.

I got a refund via paypal, since they don't have a replacement in stock. I think 4 stars now is pretty reasonable, as the whole refund process took nearly two months and only succeeded due to the rating here. So you can defenetly buy your replacement at witrigs, since the shipping is great. In case your product is faulty you at least have a chance for warranty, not like other china shops. The process just isn't as convenient and frictionless as on amazon for example.

They advertise OEM products, they send fake cheap chinese products

I have sent feedback right away via PayPal with pictures to get a solution.

Their solution is to either get reimbursed a ridiculous amount (1/4 of order amount knowing I don't want fake products) or to ship back the products and pay for the logistics (shipment will cost me more than twice the price of the order)

The point is, why am I going to pay for a SCAM? Normally, this needs to fully supported by the seller but unfortunately, I'm just a drop in the ocean and they don't even bother to reply to my mails.

This is a review for both Witrigs.com and paypal.com who seems partners in this crime. My advice, before paying for anything, check at trustpilot and use only sites with more than 4.5 stars!

After several procedures through PayPal, Witrigs has contacted me via e-mail asking what's wrong with the parts. They finally acknowledged that replacement parts can sometimes be different from original parts and they are now promising full refund.

I'll update you once I get the refund

I got the full refund as promised by Witrigs and I'll keep the parts. I'm satisfied with the resolution, despite the time lost, the efforts and the inconvenience of not repairing my phone on time.
