Loved the official hogwarts invitation
I've booked tickets for the harry potter studios for my son's bday and needed something physical to give on his actual birthday, I've ordered the 'official hogwarts invitation' and that was absolutely brilliant! It looks great and is written like you're actually invited to the school with a list of books and animals to bring and a wax seal stamp on the envelope. I've been contacted right after the order was placed to ask about what to write on the envelope addressed to my son . Gorgeous and well worth it!

An amazing experience for all, fully inclusive for neurodivergent families
We had an amazing experience at the studios. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive to all our needs. Without the staff and the sensory room, our family wouldn't be able to visit. I felt like staff were trained well and understood our daughters needs. We have an access card and sunflower lanyard, which meant staff knew how to speak to our daughter and how to help with the queue pass and getting to the sensory room quickly. Great disabled parking location and plenty of access to the toilet throughout the tour. Our daughter is very restricted with drinks and food, so we took these in with us, which was no problem. I can't praise the staff and facilities enough!

Wouldn’t order outside of the UK
Quick service and product is nice. However when declaring the price for customs (delivery for Ireland) they included the delivery price in the total rather than the value of the item itself so my customs value was inflated. Paid £9 for my item but cost me more than that in excise duty. As a result - won’t be ordering again.
I also contacted the company about this directly and got no reply.

Customs fee's are added by your local tax office and are not within our control. How the duty cost is calculated is also not managed by us. We replied to your email advising that customs fee's are not included when you pay for your order. This is advised under "Delivery Information" prior to Checkout. We have liaised with Royal Mail regarding customs duties and they should no longer be applied for the Acceptance Letter and other low cost items for future reference.
