I have found them in Etsy, I think they are in Spain, could you please help me to make a collective reclaim?

A fortnight ago, I placed an order on their site. I never received a confirmation of my order, only a payment confirmation. The package was supposed to be there within 5 working days, but after two weeks I still haven't received anything. There is no way to contact the company.
Absolut scam... I ordered more than 2 weeks ago and did not receive anything so far. Messages are not answered and there is no other way to get in contact. Absolutely frustrating!

It's a scam, I placed an order two weeks ago and never heard from them again. I lost 60 euros and my girlfriend gave her a birthday present. Sad for not having informed me before, but I was excited and they take advantage of that. Don't, it's tempting, but don't shop here. They are trash.
It's a scam. They never send anything and don't answer emails. Also, they don't have a telephone number for contact.
On 23/12 I made an order and I paid it by Visa, and I'm still waiting for information about shipment status when they announced the delivery in 3-5 business days.
