I started the program with Elad right…

I started the program with Elad right after I gave birth. I gained so much weight during my pregnancy that I couldn’t imagine wearing my jeans again!!! Elad was so persistent with making me stick to the program, explain the reason for everything I ate and teach me healthy life style! Now only four month after , I was able to wear my jeans again and have changed completely my eating habits. I now way more aware of what I put into my body , I lost all the extra weight and I have much more energy !! Highly highly recommended !!!!

Elad

Working with Elad has been one of the best things I've done in my life. Together we lost over 30 pounds and got in the best shape of my life. Through all this I also created a friend for life!
