That is the baddest ever jewelry store I have ever been. Firstly, they have shipped the wrecked product, after tons of negotiation they “made a good choice” and take them back on the repair. After repair they gave us a product with thinner lock than it should be. Eventually they have broken (it was expected by the shop) and don’t want to either repair them 2 time or give us money back.
