Absolutely horrendous company

Absolutely horrendous company. They charge you for doing literally nothing, they will cost you a fortune in fees, they cost a fortune to do nothing, they hold your documents and information to ransom, they change your 'contract' as and when they decide. David Poole himself is the most arrogant narcissist in existence. Absolutely disgusts me that this company is even allowed to operate and continue to rip people off. Avoid avoid avoid, you will regret it otherwise. As soon as our new accountant looked at everything they were gobsmacked.

Issues and responce measures

After some significant issues with submission of my returns I had serious concerns. However I have been happy with the response to the problem although some attention is still required to meet deadlines and promises.

Great Company

Great Company, Great Service, Great people.
For me its all about dealing with nice helpful people who offer a great service.....and WL Accountants certainly ticks all the boxes
I've know WL Accountants for over 10 years and they have never missed any dead lines and have always been at the other end of the phone to answer any concerns. 5 * are well deserved
