My package was for some reason returned to sender. But while waiting for the order my cat unexpectedly passed away. The customer service was very happy to help me and reimbursed my order. That was very kind and thoughtful. I bet my cat would’ve loved the toy.

Super fast and friendly support
My delivery didn‘t find it‘s way to my home, so it was returned to the sender. I got an e-mail which said, that the delivery was successful, although it wasn‘t. But within this mail I had the choice to directly write an e-mail to the support team, if delivery didn‘t take place. So I did this. The support team wrote back to me very fast (within 1 day)! They were super friendly and helpful. At the end the product has been sent to me again within approx. 10 days without any additional costs. It arrived today and we immediately tested the ball. My cats are curious but they will need some time to get to know the new play ball! :-)

Excellent customer service experience
They were always very attentive to the delivery of my package and, since I had not received it, they offered to send my purchase again at no extra cost. In addition, the treatment was always very friendly and the response was quick.

Beware of this company
Buyers beware. I went online to their website to place an order for their powerball. That was August 24th 2024. On September the 9th I started emailing them to get an idea of what was going on with the package because it was stuck in customs. Right away I got an email from someone by the name of Alex who assured me that this never happened! When I asked them to do a follow-up to see what was going on with the tracking number because the post office could not track it outside of it being stuck in customs, I sent another email to this Alex person and right away they responded to my email apologizing for the delay and assuring me that this never happens and that the package is usually sent out. When I told them that I would contact my credit card company if I had not received the package in a few days after our emails, I got another email from Alex right away saying that they would offer a replacement or a refund. I let them know that I would be more interested in a refund if the package had not arrived in a few days after our correspondence. I reached out to my credit card company and they stated that they had to send me some documents based off of some feedback that they have from this company. I reached out to the company via email to the same email that Alex had been responding so promptly to requesting a refund. I have yet to hear back from this Alex person. My next stage of action is to report this company to the better Business bureau and any other organization that will assist me in getting my refund back. I want to inform future buyers that might be interested in doing business with this company please do yourself a favor it's not worth the headache! You can find items just like this one on Amazon that are more reputable and that will actually deliver your purchase to you. This company is also operating outside in a different country and I'm not sure if they're drop shipping and they just don't actually have the product. I find it very strange that my order happens to be a mysterious order that just got stuck inside of customs when according to the emails this never happens. I have a pretty large following on social media so I will be sharing videos about this experience and hopefully you guys will be someone who will find this when you're searching for reviews for this company. Again buy your beware it's not worth the headache I do not recommend this company.
No product received
No delivery details were given when the order was placed. The delivery therefore arrived during my holiday and was returned due to non-delivery.
Since then there has been no response from the company, no refund, no re-delivery, nothing.
Paid € 43, received nothing in return.
Support also did not respond to a corresponding email.

I recently purchased a product for my cat and there were problems with the shipping. I contacted customer service who promptly responded and with great kindness and professionality solved everything, first trying to contact the courier and then sending me a new item. Excellent customer service always makes the buyer happy, even when there are problems. Many other companies would only have to take notes

I had a problem because I thought the ball was broke and wouldn’t charge anymore. I wrote a mail where I asked for a refund and im a short time span there was an answer also giving me tips on how that could be fixed (using the cable that comes with the box) and it worked. There was also a Tipp how you could also use the ball (under a blanket or towel) and my cat absolutely loves it. 10/10 support and cat toy
