Very happy with the wloom experience! 100% recommend!

At the beginning of the year I bought the Powerball 2.0 for our at that time 6 months old cat. He's absolutely been loving to play with it until he's too tired to. Then a few weeks ago we started having some technical issues with the charging cable so I messaged the wloom support and was met with great help! Through communication with the support I was able to kindly get a new Powerball pretty quickly, so safe to say I'm 100% happy with my wloom experience and can fully recommend it to anyone! Thank you wloom for creating this incredible product!! ☺️

SCAM

Regarding the powerball 2.0 - mine arrived faulty, the motor is advertised as being silent and quiet on floors yet it sounds like a drill or an electric toothbrush which naturally scares the cats. They won't refund me unless I post it to the US... I'm from the UK. Or, they'll give me a 20% refund?

Frankly, it's ridiculous and I will be contacting trading standards about this. Customer service has been awful, constantly making out the product is fine even after video proof and then saying I had an issue with how the product moved when I'd always stated it was the motor being faulty...

Nothing more than a scam

Second the reviews about the returns policy and 30 day money back guarantee being a total scam.

Not only was the Powerball falsely advertised as being "silent", (the ball is so loud and rough that my cat is scared to even go anywhere near it, let alone play with it), once I had enquired about returning the product, I was told refunds are only given following an investigation proving the product is faulty, and also that they didn't accept returns to their UK address - I would instead need to send it to an address in America.

Utterly ridiculous policy and the rudest staff I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Save your money and avoid.

My cat loves it!

The Powerball 2.0 is a great piece of tech, well designed, and my cat loves it. If keeps him occupated for a looong time - after a while he takes some time off, but he often comes back later, it's just too intriguing. The only downside is that sooner or later the ball disappears under the sofa, but that's hardly the ball's fault - it's rather the graveyard for all smaller cat toys. 🤣

Also, I had two super friendly customer support interactions within 6 months, this is how good support should always look like. Can recommend! 👍

100% Catisfaction guarantee is a scam

100% catisfaction guarantee is a scam. Do not order from these scam artists. Bad business practices!
Ad is all false advertising. They do not honor any content in their ad. Their ad states "If you are worried that your cat might not accept the Power Ball 2.0, don't worry. For those cases, there is our "Catisfaction Guarantee". This means that if your cat doesn't like the ball, you'll get your money back. No questions asked!"

What a bunch of malarkey!

Response from Wloom:
It is of course disappointing when your cat doesn't accept the Power Ball. Our furry friends are quite picky. There is a trick that you can try, which has already helped many of our customers to make their cats love the Power Ball:

Switch on the ball and put a kitchen towel over it. Cats often become so curious that they try to get to the ball. Once they do, their skepticism about the ball is gone.

The Power Ball 2.0 also features a Soft Mode, which might be more pleasant for your cat.
Soft Mode → The ball moves slowly and is quieter.

I hope these suggestions help in making the interaction with the ball more enjoyable for your cat.

Please let me know if this helped or not, so that I can help you with the return if necessary. :)

Kind regards,
Patrick from WLOOM

“Catisfaction guaranteed” is a lie. Scam.

I ordered two of these Powerballs for my cats, as they seemed like a clever idea and there was the “no questions asked” returns policy.
Unfortunately, my cats showed no interest whatsoever, despite all the advice given by Patrick at WLOOM, so I asked to return the two items. This is when the SCAM revealed itself. Despite being sent within the Uk by Royal Mail, with a UK return address on the packaging, WLOOM are insisting I send the items, at my expense, to GERMANY. They know full well that the return costs will equal or exceed the cost of the item. Or I can accept a 20 percent discount off the cost of items that DO NOT WORK for me and that I do not want.
This is a classic scam used by many unscrupulous traders to remove your rights to a refund. I have offered to return the items to the return address on the packaging which is in Cannock, but they have replied as follows:

“ Please note that our UK address is currently unable to accept returns
I understand your concerns regarding the shipping costs. As an alternative to returning the product, we can offer a partial refund of 20% of the purchase price.

While I appreciate your reference to our 30-day money-back guarantee, please note that it primarily applies to the full purchase price and does not cover return fees.

Kind regards,
Patrick from WLOOM”

Thus blandly ignoring the fact that they misrepresent their returns policy.

Definitely a SCAM.

My cats love it!

They quickly understood that it needs to be nudged.
The best thing is that the ball comes out from under the couch on its own!
The shipment to Germany took a few days longer, but there were no problems.
