This is a scam company. I ordered a coat for my son and never received it. Their phone number doesn't work and they just keep saying they will refund the money. They have not!!

I ordered a winter coat mid January 2023. It is now JUNE 3, 2023 and I still haven’t received my order! Customer service is “lip service”. A lot of promises but no results. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!! They also said they would return my money, and they did not. They gave me a receipt for the money that was returned, but it never ended up in my account.

My jacket has not turned up, obviously.

But, they have been, for the past 3 month, debiting money from my account, picking the same date to do so too.

It’s unbelievable, so not only do they not send out the goods we order, they then take money from your account every month after that initial order. They start off with around £15 and then gradually up the amount when they see you have over looked it.

So, to everyone , that has used WM-Studios, WD-Styles, WM-Wear, please check your accounts for addition unauthorised debits .

It appears, the debit transaction ref they mostly use is - “G Group Products”

Please check your accounts.

Scam! Ordered shirts on Jan 8 2023. Three months later still nothing! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!!!!
6/21 update
Almost July, still no shirts. Finally got email saying my 161.00 refund was in progress. This was two months ago! I’ve finally given up. They screwed me out of 161.00!

This company is a scam, do not buy from them. They will not send your items. They send a bunch of very generic customer service responses about tracking numbers and Covid delays but they are thieves.

Do NOT attempt to purchase anything from this “company”. I ordered from them & after waiting for a couple of weeks for shipping information, I emailed them. Received the response that each item was made individually & they were overwhelmed with orders; but my order would ship soon. Waited a while longer & no shipping information forthcoming. Contacted them again & the response was there was some confusion & my order was mistakenly cancelled. I then just requested a refund & they said they would process it immediately. I waited & waited; no refund processed. In the meantime, I turned the issue over to my credit card company. They, also, contacted the company. My final email to the company still requesting a refund garnered this response: We can’t issue you a refund; but we can give you a voucher so you can reorder your item & we will give you a free watch. WHAT?? My credit card company has officially closed the dispute & issued my refund as of today.

Buyers beware. This company is either a scam or has the worst customer service in the world. I ordered a jacket from them on Jan 2, 2023 and as of today (Feb 28) it still hasn’t shipped, nor can their customer service rep can’t tell me when it will ship (they provided some excuse about their factory being backed up with orders). Of course they were able to charge my credit card immediately though and now say they can’t issue a refund because such requests have to be made within 12 hours of placing the order (!?). Save yourself the money and the headache — avoid this company.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company. I ordered an item and never received it. Despite numerous attempts to contact them via email, they never responded. The tracking number for my package has not been updated since December 26th, leaving me without any information on the whereabouts of my item. I would not recommend this company to anyone, as their lack of communication and poor customer service has left me frustrated and out of pocket.

This is very plain and simple. A TOTAL SCAM. No replies from countless emails to support. Item been in Transit for 48 days. No updated information on Tracking site since December 26th 2022.

23/02/2023. UPDATE. I HAVE HAD TO EDIT MY ORIGINAL COMMENT AS, AFTER 64 DAYS IN TRANSIT, I DID INDEED RECEIVE MY ITEMS SAFELY AND SECURELY PACKAGED AND EXACTLY AS SEEN AND DESCRIBED IN ADVERT ON THEIR WEBSITE. ALSO, DAYS AFTER MY ORIGINAL POST CUSTOMER SERVICE DID REACH OUT AND OFFER ASSISTANCE.

48 days in transit, spoke to a person named Belle via e-mail said they would check never got back to me asked for refund no response and emailed Belle several times no response. Now contacted the bank fraud department to try to get my money back. After fighting with them for 6 months, I did finally get my package. If you order from them is 50 50 chance of getting your order they have several bad reviews and if you do still choose to order from them good luck make sure you use PayPal or something so you are guaranteed to get your money back. Just not worth the headache will never order anything from them ever again no one gets back to you regarding your order. Most horrible experience ever dealing with a company.
