We had a unit recently installed in our bedroom- the service from beginning to end was great. Andy looked at where the unit should be positioned in the bedroom but equally carefully decided where the box on the outside of the house should be situated so it would be unseen from the garden. The unit has made such a difference in our room. It is quiet. Thank you for great service
