I loved that when I made my appointment ,I was sent a form so I could fill out my meds and doctors ahead so that when I walked in,Andrew already had looked up the plan that was best for me,as well as saving me some $ on my premium. We talked about my concerns and he was very knowledgeable in all medicare plans and answered all my questions thoroughly. I was welcomed in office by Lindsey and felt at home while there. I was given explanations of every form and Lindsey had a big screen I could see on computer as well, as we filled out all the paperwork.I enjoyed my experience and feel that I have correct plan to fit my needs. As soon as we arrived at the office we were made to feel very much at home. Our insurance plan was quickly and efficiently reviewed.
