Found this website as we wanted to purchase a new Markise fabric. I wanted to purchase by invoice as this was a option and to make sure I have the product before paying. This seemed not possible and the company came back to me claiming that some internet issues on my side prevented the purchase to go through. Recommendation was of course to pay up front or making the order one more time. After making the order one more time using another internet same issue occurred. Writing back to the company with screenshot of the issue, the company didn't want to investigate or commend on the issue as now it was clear that the issues was on the company side. The company could now only offer to pay up front, nothing else. Very pure service and just a lot of wasted time, would not recommend anyone to use this company.
