For sizing issues, we offer following solutions:
New item at 40% off (either different size or style), and we will ship it to you without requiring the return of the original item.
Exchange for a new size or style. Once we receive your return, we will reship the new size or style to you.

Even though it says on their website they would refund for size issues.

No, thank you I want my money back, simple. I would not even mind paying for the ridiculous price to ship back to them to get my $250 back

Horrible

Horrible. Have a ridiculous 15 day return policy where most companies have 30. I was on vacation when my dress arrived and was unable to try on. It is huge and now they will not let me return it. Seeing that they are in Hong Kong it probably would cost a fortune to return anyway typical of these overseas companies. Highly do not recommend. Not customer friendly.

Can’t get refund

Be warned… They Send a product that doesn’t fit like the photo and is sheer when the photo shows it isn’t and then ignore emails so I can’t organize a return. I put a bad review on their site about the product and experience but of course they don’t add it to their site which is why they mysteriously have almost all 5 star reviews for their products.

Buyer beware- returns are not worth it

When a company has so many 5 star and 1 star reviews its concerning. I should've known better but went ahead and ordered two dresses. When i got them, they were so long that they hit the floor even with 5-inch heels (I'm 5'3 for reference) the return process would've cost half price of the dresses, so it did not feel worth it. They were only able to refund me $30 for 2 dresses. I won't be a returning customer.

I ordered a dress for a specific day which is October 19! I ordered my dress October 9th and paid a extra $19 for express shipping, Today is October 17, express shipping takes 3-6 days and its’s been 7!

Do not use this site. First they used photos from a name brand site and the jumper I purchased was not at all what was shown on the site. The quality was terrible, cheap and not at all what was pictured.

I ordered a birthday dress

I ordered a birthday dress, paid for express shipping and to my disappointment the dress was too small. I contacted customer service and they offered me $10.00! The shipping to China would cost more than the dress so now I’m out of $100.00 and a dress that doesn’t fit. I will NEVER shop with them again and I will spread the word not to waste your time. There are plenty of other online shops to purchase from.

I spent almost $200 and did not receive…

I spent almost $200 and did not receive the item. No one is responding and will not gift refund.

Update -It’s been almost two months and still no refund. They said they sent money to my back and still nothing.

Is there anyways to add pictures so I can show the back and forth, and how many times they have ignored me.
