Good Product, Horrible Execution
I have bought bookbags from these people before, they make great quality bookbags that hold up amazing. But their support and shipping is an absolute nightmare.
I ordered a bookbag and it only just now shipped six days later. Now it won’t be here until mid next week. Luckily enough my old one is in useable condition but I needed this before then. This is a lot of money to have tied up and having to sit here wondering if you’ll ever actually get it.
When I contacted support about the matter, my email was returned and I didn’t get to it until the next day. The next day I submitted a contact form on their website and didn’t receive a response back until 20 hours later.
“Thank you for your order and email. This order is tracking. You may track your package anytime at the link below. Thank you for your kind support and patience. Team WOLFpak”
About maybe 45 minutes before this automated email I got a notification on Shopify saying my order was shipped and will be here Wednesday.
TL;DR
DON’T order from here unless it’s a good two-three weeks in advance. They don’t seem like a big enough company to be overwhelmed with orders so I guess they just kick back and act like nothing happened for 6 days when you order, then arrives a good 7 days later.
