I've been consuming Wolf Project projects since 2022 albeit happy with the product. However, they have been overcharging. I been paying $48 for the full Hydrating Mask since March 2022 and the price offered for a full mask is $24.95. I don't understand the negative price disparity. I tried emailing them to no avail. The email posted on their website does not allow you send the email. Good product horrific management.

The eye booster masks don’t do much at all. please note all the models in their pictures are young and don’t have any issues with anything The product supposedly improves.

So, Ask yourself, if a company‘s product is so good, why do they not accept returns like any other company no matter what country they’re from?

Additionally, I had a similar problem to multiple customers that posted here. The subscription process where you tell them to cancel and they keep sending and billing you, and then you email them and they say “”We don’t accept returns or issue refunds”.

I don’t know, that seems like deceptive business practices. And over hyped product marketing without the quality to back it up again

it doesn’t say much about your product if you don’t accept returns. If you accept returns and your product is good, you won’t get that many returns. However, if you’re afraid your product is not good, then you don’t accept returns and therefore hide that from everybody.

It was a waste of time and money!!! I started feeling this way before the package arrived!!! I got the product and tried the eye patches to reduce puffinessand it didnt work nor did the eye roller!!! I told them I didnt want a refill when I ordered the first package but something tells me they will send it anyway because they need some sales!!! What a big con job!!!

Great mask to have a quick hydration after a day of kitesurfing in the sun. Love the feeling of freshness

I like the sheet masks, they work great with just one application weekly. The eye masks give an instant boost but you need to use them every day.

I was told that i just needed to pay for shipping which was like 2 bucks to try out a free box so i put in my cc info and they charged me 40 dollars and it seemed like a reoccurring charge.Not to mention the product itself sucks.I will do everything i can to stop this reoccurring issue so i can just relax.

Do not fall victim to this scam company. I mistakenly gave my CC info to cover a $2 shipping fee for a free sample they offered. They then charged me a $40 for a recurring order I didn’t agree to. I shipped the products back to them in the same box, unopened and undamaged. First, they said the refund had been issued after weeks of waiting and emailing them. The weeks after, the refunded money still didn’t show up in my CC statement. I emailed back and they, namely Daniel Rodeigues, said per their policy they can’t refund a damaged package. If that’s the case, then why did they say they had refunded my money? It’s phonies! I’ll pursue this matter until I get my money back. It’s principles. And this company has none. No ethics. No shame!

Save yourself time and frustration: don’t buy Wolf Project products and take your business elsewhere with a more reputable company.

Wolfproject masks are exactly what I've been looking for. I use both the detox and hydrating masks, both leaving me feeling fresh and clean. Together they help keep me looking my best.

I like simple, effective routines that produce results. This brand checks all the boxes. The face masks leave my skin feeling smooth and moisturized. The eye masks definitely get rid of the dark circles and puffiness (from lack of sleep). I tell all my buddies about this brand. It's awesome!

I’m very skeptically surprised at how this product worked. Def made a difference in my appearance after using it twice in 10 days. I would never say that I’ve been constantly searching for a solution for my “tired eye” appearance but definitely found one through Wolfproject. Solid buy, 👍🏻 kdlanto77

Your eye patches are crap! I've used 3 so far. They do not stay on my face whatsoever. I even tried them refrigerated. They sucked even more. What a waste of money. Please offer a full refund. Your product needs improving and beta tested before getting the unassuming public involved. Also, not worth $25.00 per box. I purchased 2 boxes. I wish I would have known. Very disappointed!

Your product falls apart when I try to use it. Useless!
