Over 4 months and nothing.

I purchased items on 13-9-2021. Expected shipping date was 10-11-2021. I have emailed MULTIPLE TIMES and got no response. I messaged through Instagram as a last resort and was told that "someone was looking into it". I only received a tracking number after calling them out for their lack of ANY form of customer service. It's now January and the tracking states that the items arrived in my country over 1 month ago. What's happened since then?? No response after emailing and messaging yet again. Beware of this company! They take your money and you won't receive anything (even any communication). This is theft and I am looking into how to take this further.
